Just to let you know -- I believe the outside mail boxes at the Post Office are being broken into because on Sunday evening, December 11 2021, I put 24 Christmas Cards into one of them and NONE OF THEM have been delivered as of today, January 9, 2022. Just thought you would like to know.

My mailbox at the Columbus Park Apartments was broken into, who is responsible for repairing it and giving me a new key?? I left a message for the leasing agents but they have not gotten back to me yet.

Hi I live on Lafayette in Maple Heights cleaned off my ramp my driveway and the young lady said that she wasn't going to deliver the mail because it had gotten dark if I wouldn't have been standing in the doorway and ask her about my mail she was going to leave because she couldn't see because it was dark maybe we need to get them the flashlights that you put on your head and then maybe she would see or maybe she needs to be a little faster in delivering her mail .and then she didn't want to walk up the ramp she wanted me to come out and get it I don't think so people got good jobs and there lazy if you don't want to work give the job to somebody who wants to work it's people out there that need jobs and want jobs. And it was not my regular mail lady. And she was parked on the wrong side of the street right in front of my house.

I have NEVER EVER delt with a a worse post office in ALL of my life!! I moved here a couple months ago.... I HOPE I am getting all my mail.... but along with my mail... I have been getting who I am assuming is the last two or three tenants mail as well!! I have told them.... called and in writing that those people NO longer live here..... I have been "TOLD" they will no longer deliver their mail here... ONLY to get their mail here the next day!! What am I supposed to do with it!! Our mailboxes are connected to our homes... we do not have flags to put up in order to have mail sent out from our homes... we have to take it up directly to the post office... I do not have a car..... I can not do this on a daily basis!! MY other question is... WHY haven't these people put in a change of address in..... and if they did... why haven't their mail transferred...?? Am I getting all my mail?? This is a very scary situation..... I've called the post office.... I don't think they care.... who else do I call in this situation??

I contacted the post office in Bedford to follow up on my refund for my po box. I submitted change of address back on 06/09/20. I was told by a clerk that identified herself as a lead that she would have a manager call me back because she wasn't aware of how to close out po boxes and refunds. She was very pleasant. I never got a call back so I called today 08/06/20 to request my box to be closed out and receive my refund. I was immediately met with conflict. This manager Rashon Taylor put me on hold without asking my permission. Once he came back on the phone he told me once I submit change of address the box automatically closes out, but then he changed that and admitted if he said that he was incorrect. He also told me the term "lead" is not used in the post office. He would ask me a question then cut me off before I could completely answer the questions. In other words he asked a question then answered his own questions. He went as far to put me on speaker phone without my permission. He told me after the fact, you are on speaker phone and I have other employees listening to you. I heard several employees laughing in the background. I didn't see how this would be a laughing matter. Is this really the behavior of a manager? Why would a manager put a customer on speaker phone for other employees to make mockery? This "Manager" Rashon Taylor was rude, hostile, disrespectful, ghetto, unprofessional, aggressive, and a time bomb waiting to explode! This manager needs a mental health evaluation, this manager reminded me of the crazy people that committed the 911 incident. He reminded me of the D.C. sniper. This manager does not possess the skill set to deal with the public. He clearly has an underlying mental health condition. How he was able to become a manager at the post office is beyond me. This person in my opinion is uneducated. I could tell by his inability to communicate that he did not understand how to effectively communicate with people. He could benefit from a Communications class, management class, and ethics class from a local community college. He does not possess the mental capacity to understand that he should never internalize a complaint, he should have just kept it professional. He does not understand that it is unethical to put a customer on the speaker phone and allow his employees to laugh. In my opinion, he only is a manager because of his years of service, he did not get to a leadership position based on an educational requirement of obtaining a college degree.I know education when I see it. What I perceived in Rashon Taylor was an angry, mad, disturbed, uneducated and under educated, hood, person who was able to stay under the radar and hide his aggressive personality. Maybe the post office should give him a personality test and they will find that under those layers, he is disturbed. IMPORTANT *** IMPORTANT****IMPORTANT**IMPORTANT ****************HE IS A THREAT TO SOCIETY************************* IF I END UP DEAD, RASHON TAYLOR, DID IT IF I END UP DEAD, RASHON TAYLOR, DID IT IF I END UP DEAD, RASHON TAYLOR, DID IT IF I END UP DEAD, RASHON TAYLOR, DID IT IF I END UP DEAD, RASHON TAYLOR, DID IT IF I END UP DEAD, RASHON TAYLOR, DID IT IF I END UP DEAD, RASHON TAYLOR, DID IT IF I END UP DEAD, RASHON TAYLOR, DID IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! **********************************************************************

I received a package in the mail that clearly had written all over it in several places DUE NOT BEND. Needless to say the envelope was bent inside my mailbox and the calendar that was in it is all bent. I am not happy. This package which was clearly marked, do not bend should have been walked to either my side or front porch!

This has been the worst experience ever with this branch. People who work there are very rude. They are not helpful what so ever. I put in a change of address a month ago. I moved a week and a half ago. I'm still not getting my mail. It is ridiculous. I need my mail and no one know what there doing there. My husband and I have gone there several times to get it corrected but it only gets worse. Im so disgusted with the behavior of the employees.

I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to our postal workers. I live in a senior apt and every single postal worker has been really nice. Not only are they nice, but they are respectful to us as well. They make us feel like we matter, which is something our landlord never does. So thank you from all of us here and consider yourselves hugged and kissed. And I would be pleased if you share this with our postal workers.
