Went to Amherst post office to send a large priority box Was taken care of the black hair older guy Was very rude did not ask if I had any thing breakable in box did not ask if I wanted insurance Did not tell me when my package would be received. I even told the girl working next to him How Rude!!! This is not the first time he has done this. Then he took my box and thru it in the bin behind him. What a jerk.

Very kind service when my mom passed last year- they held her mail and were very understanding in managing /holding important mail. However, this year I’ve had a lot of Problems having packages delivered to the house. Driveway is 466 ft- there is a turn around and the weather is fine. But told they’re not allowed to drive this far back? I work full time and am unable to make it to pick up important med deliveries on time .

I am supposed to receive weekly magazine subscriptions but I am not getting them on time. Instead of receiving a weekly magazine, I am receiving three magazines together, covering a three week time period. I see the same magazines in grocery stores on a weekly basis yet mine are not delivered until weeks later.

I had a Bark box that was to be delivered April 28. The tracking information said it was being held at the Amherst post office at customer request. I did NOT request it to be held at the post office. I went into the post office April 29 to pick the item up and was told it was out for delivery. Which it never stated on the tracking information. Upon arriving at home from work, the item was NOT delivered! The tracking information still states it's being held at the post office. I have tried calling Amherst post office THREE TIMES and no one answers the phone. I want my package delivered TO MY HOME! NOT held at the post office since it's fruitless to go into the post office and pick it up!

When you pay a freaking fortune to deliver packages 60 miles away, it ends up miles away in other states, for three weeks, then they lie that recipients requested "hold at post office", you know you're dealing with the craphole county you're glad you moved out of. The recipients DID NOT request holds and WERE HOME DAYS OF DELIVERY. Irma should be ashamed of herself AND FIRED.

Problems with MANY carriers...is it really that hard to CLOSE a mailbox??? Spoke to postmaster many times and still dealing with the problem. Amherst post office needs to get carriers that can follow simple directions and NOTES all over mailbox. Many idiots and rude people at this location!!

I mailed a pkg. to England on April 7th. It has not arrived and this is May 20th. I understand there are delays right now but this seems to be a terribly long wait. It wasn't cheap to mail a shoe box that weighed a little over 3 lbs.! I do not know which, if any, of the numbers on my receipt is a tracking number( I do have the customs number if that helps: LH094978420US) and getting a human to discuss this with has proved fruitless. Help? Thank you

Poor service. They only deliver or pick up our mail half the time. They also constantly deliver mail to the wrong address. I've called them and they told me they would fix it. It still happens.
We own a dog that is kept inside during delivery times. They argued with my wife telling her they wouldn't deliver to our house because of our dog, which is indoors during this time. He isn't a vicious dog either, he would run up to you and lick you to death.
After arguing with my wife they started delivering again. I'm very disappointed. Things were much better with our other delivery man. Although, the mail still wasn't delivered to the right address with him either.
