The White Plains USPS(near ShopRite) location would have provided a great experience however, the woman behind the counter decided the best course forward was to berate me for not having my nose covered with a mask. She refused to take my package even though I corrected it. She should not be employed at this location due to her complete lack of simple customer service. She then proceeded to tell me I would not be able to have the package scanned and get a receipt since she "didn't want to face me" and I told her I needed a receipt for this shipment. After refusing to leave she reluctantly scanned my package and I got my receipt. The woman was older, darker complexion and had a hijab on. Hopefully management speaks with her about her bad attitude so she is able to act more kind going forward. I will be avoiding USPS (especially this location) as a whole from this point forward.
