Postal Locations

Our Amazon order was transferred to USPS for a Sunday delivery. When I checked the Amazon page for a status on Sunday afternoon, it said that carrier had tried to deliver but the driveway or the front door was not accessible. This couldn't be farther from the truth!!! This made for one totally disappointed grandchild who didn't get her birthday present on time due to laziness on a the carrier's part.

I typically am not one to complain about service but I am making an exception this time. Our Mail was held until 12/1/21 while we were on vacation. It was marked online as delivered to our house on Thursday 12/2/21, it was not. It was not delivered Friday, or Saturday. We finally received our mail on Monday 12/6/21 after I went to the post office this afternoon stood in line, waited to talk to a manger, who after checking came back and said it would be delivered today. My question why did it ride around in the mail truck for 4 days? Just looking for an explanation or some kind of accountability so this does not happen again.

We get our mail extremely late. It is sometimes dark out. It was 5:30 last night. There are elderly people in our neighborhood that shouldn't be having to go to check their mail on cold, dark, icy nights repeatedly. I question what the carrier does. I have seen her sitting in her jeep using her phone.

Webster post office is terrible. VERY disappointed with this service. I know they must be swamped but I’ve even called NUMEROUS times for 2 days now to locate a package they “attempted to deliver”. They do NOT answers phones when needing assistance. But when you call penfield location they answer right away ? I ordered stuff on the 24th.. got a text from the company on the 28th that it’s shipped.... it’s now the aug 5th and I’m questioning where my package is, I go and track it and it says that post office attempted to deliver 3 diff times .. I’m sorry but not once did the mailman leave a note or anything notifying me that they’ve attempted to drop off my stuff or to go to the post office to pick up?? I’m confused as to why my, 3 items of clothing, was not able to just be put into the mail box if not being able to be dropped off at the front door

Very annoyed by Webster Post Office changing our delivery time once again!! I tried to reach an actual person to speak with, but all I got was various recordings. I even was cut off after one recording & when I tried to reach an extension that I was originally told to enter!?! I assume the businesses take precedence over the average home delivery. Been here for 30 years & now after 2-3 weeks’ of finally receiving our mail in the morning, someone from the government-end decides to do a fast one & give us the latter time! We help keep a lot of these businesses thriving & do not appreciate being treated in this way. Our regular postman, Peter, was off today & we had a nice female driver that told me it had changed on Saturday!?! Please get this back to AM again. I know this can be done because you initially changed it so many times over!!

I received a call from a business with some important mail that myself and my husband have been waiting for they said that it was returned with no forwarding address because I did not live at the address that I had provided I live on Webster Amanda Drive in Webster Manor Apartments I live there for three months and I seem to get my RG and E bill and my cable bill but not other important tax and so forth mail information please get with the program do not return the mail when that’s where I live please pay attention

Once again, my mail was left on Saturday, 6/1/19 , in my neighbors box. I had another neighbor's mail. I tried to call the postmaster during business hours and no one answered the phone. The service at this branch has been horrid. Something needs to be done.

Hi I would like to let you know that I changed the position of my mail box to the front of my yard..... it is now located next to 548 Klem rd mailbox, I decided to change it as I have tried to get my neighbors to fix our "boxes"' that are tipping over with no success. even tho I have volunteered to do it for all of them... with no avail... so it is now in front of my house.... thanks Bonnie McDermott.....The mail that comes here should be for McDermott, deMonde, and Sieminski…. thanks so much.. If you have an award for an outstanding postal delivery man then John who delivers mail on Pineview Drive in Webster deserves one. He is the kindest and most cheerful man. He walks up to homes of people that are elderly and always delivers packages with a smile and courtesy. He goes above and beyond to be a friend to our neighborhood.

Well it's now September 14th and our school tax bill (mailed at end of August) still hasn't arrived! Today we got a call because we had not responded to another piece of important mail that was sent to us over 10 days ago. Wondering what else we haven't received that we don't know about. And the post office wonders why people are not using them anymore? Really? I tried calling Barrett Rd PO.. Of course you can't speak with anyone. Great customer service....not.

i was home all day june 18 and pack was not delivered from amazon we do have door buzzers to allow deliveries in tracking said they could not access door i don;t buy it bye the way no notice was left where is my package

No one answers

Tried calling 3 times today--no answer. I'm in my early 80s and don't go out stormy dAys. All I wanted to know is if they had a particular size mailing envelope in stock to purchase. Then I go to office. No response is unacceptable - especially when I see starting salaries.

i have call your webster office 8 times today and not once has anyone answered the phone this is unacceptable...wosrt service i have seen in a long time.

I have been waiting for a package that should have been delivered on the 26th called and was told it would be rede liveried on the 28th and still waiting and no package! Have tried calling and no way to speak to a real person getting beyond frustrated!
