My family booked a 1 PM appointment on 8/31. We showed up 10 mins early as requested. It is currently 1:20 at we are still waiting. When we inquired about the wait time the clerk rudely answered your only 20 mins into a half hour appointment. Does that mean you only get service in the last 5-10? Rude and disrespectful.

We were told, by our carrier, "that until we change the mask requirement is changed in our office that he will not deliver mail to our office."' It is fine to use the mailbox in the building, however, it should be noted that this is a medical building and that masks are required by the NY Department of Health in all medical settings and buildings. This is especially true where the client base does not necessarily have the option to be vaccinated. I thought the tone and comment were out of line.

I did not realize the Postal Carriers were permitted to use the handicapped spaces when dropping off and picking up the mail. We would prefer these spaces were left for the employees who require them and not used so someone can park close to the door.

This is not a complaint of my office specifically but of the entire USPS. I can't even send this feedback to them because their server is apparently down and will not allow me to contact them.
I contacted you about a package being
lost. Your answer to me was basically, sorry sometimes we lose things!
Luckily, the company I ordered from is very accommodating and has agreed to
reship the items and will this time use FedEx instead. It is my
understanding that the USPS is struggling immensely. Maybe instead of
cutting delivery days and staff you should take a look at how you
operate. If your only function is to deliver the mail and you fail at
that then what good are you? Then to add insult to injury, your
"customer service" (in quotes to illustrate the fact that this term
is used loosely) is atrocious. Your only response is to say
"oops!"?? This is the FOURTH time you have lost something (one
time being an important title) and the FOURTH time you have done NOTHING to
resolve the issue. Way to go USPS! At least you manage to deliver
my spam credit card offers daily and my copy of Dairy Herder Magazine to me
every month (I am not a dairy herder and live in the suburbs, not sure how I
ended up on that subscription list)!

If your waiting on a package I hope you don't live in Penfield, may or may not get delivered most likely you will have to leave work early to pick it up yourself. This never happened in Webster or Ontario, funny on how post offices very on how they are managed. Penfield gets a big 0
