I have moved to a new address and before moving I went to the Warwick post office to put the mail on hold and arrange for to be forwarded. It’s been about a week and a half and I keep calling Warwick post office with the contact number and they do not answer their phone. It’s very frustrating and might require I make a trip to Warwick.

When tracking the package, the status is that the package was delivered located in the mailbox. When I go and check the mailbox, there is no package at all. Have attempted several times to call the post office and no one picks up horrible service

Hi, I don't want to embarrass my mail carrier, but what started as a one off has turned into a daily experience. I live on Walling Road and a few months ago I started to get my neighbors mail. No big deal, I'd put it in their box. Now it's happening every day and is kind of a pain in the tail. I don't want to have a bad relationship with my mail carrier, but I did see them once recently and mentioned it to them to no effect. This is like the Cheers episode where after Cliff leaves everyone in the building exchanges mail.

I am experiencing the same issues! My Neihbor gets my mail and I get theirs. They left a form in my mailbox for me to fill out to verify who all was living in my home. Ever since that form, I have not received any mail and not a reason why! Feeling a little frustrated !!

I live on Walling Road and have been here for 25 years. Our mail carrier is the pits. Won't deliver packages to our house. Unnecessary trips to the post office. We've just about given up.

Greetings ... Through these most difficult times, several people from the congregation of the Warwick United Methodist Church in Warwick, NY would like to send cards/notes of gratitude, appreciation and support to the employees. Can I email our request the locations directly? If so, their address please. Would they prefer emails? Would mailed cards and notes be okay? We hope we can line the break rooms and wherever else they'd like to bolster tired spirits. Please let me know at your earliest convenience. Many thanks for your attention. Ann Babin

I moved to Warwick six years ago and I’ve been using the post office almost daily—I have a used book business. Interacting with the staff at the counter is one of the small joys of my day. They are friendly, reliable, and make sure my mail gets to my customers. I’ve had two books get lost in six years and neither time was it the fault of the Warwick post office. I see a lot of negative reviews here, so I thought I’d add a little sunshine. The Warwick post office is a busy place with lines out the door sometimes. I advise anyone who is having an issue to go in person and have a friendly chat with the staff.

I am trying to track down a package that supposedly was delivered on 12/13/19. Nothing in our mailbox, nothing on the porch or anywhere in sight. I can't reach anyone by phone as the "00" doesn't work. The recording just keeps repeating and tells me to call back. Since there is no extension directory how do we reach a person? I need to locate my delivered package.

12-04-19: Our mailbox has been shoveled since 12-3, as required for the postal truck to be able to pull up. They did not come on our street yesterday nor today. No trees or wires blocking road. What is the issue? Sunday into Monday was the storm so I can understand nothing on Monday. But come on we have had it clear for 2 days. Furthermore Warwick PO phone number is a joke. No one answers and if you press "00" as directed if you don't know the extension, it just keeps repeating to press 00 and then hangs up.

Today (Feb 1, 2017) I received 7 pieces of mail including two Christmas Cards and two credit card statements that should have been delivered before 6 November 2106, causing embarrassing late charges to be assessed. Whoever answered the phone when I called to complain promised that I would receive a return call this afternoon by way of explanation, but of course it didn't happen.

Hi, First of all, thank you so much for years of continued service to the public. That being said, my daughter spent 10 years of her life and is now in debt probably for the next 20 years to become a veterinarian. She just accomplished that feat this past May. So when her diploma that states she is officially a doctor of veterinary medicine, which she would like to frame and hang in her office arrived, just imagine how excited that made her. Oops, I forget to mention that in big bold letters on the front of the envelope, it stated DO NOT BEND or FOLD! I guess, my mail person can't read or just doesn't care but there it was bent up to fit in my mail box. I assume I can't charge the postal service for a replacement of said diploma and I expect I will never get a response from this complaint but I just had to vent my dissatisfaction.
