I live in an apartment which has a mailroom. Friday I was suppose to receive a package. For some reason my postman decided return my package without delivery per my request. I didn’t find out by notice but by an email . I never gave the authority to do anything? It doesn’t make sense.

I wanted to let you know about a very special postal worker at the Marcellus, NY, post office branch. His name is Nicholas Emrich, and he consistently goes above and beyond his duties at his job. In fact, although I live quite a distance away from the Marcellus post office, and there are other post offices closer to me, I always bypass them to go to the Marcellus P.O. Mr. Emrich is a bright light who actually cares about his customers. Not only is he efficient, but he never fails to make your day just a little bit brighter. The post office is fortunate to have such a stellar employee!

🕊I would like to thank the postal for not informing me that something as important my checking statements being returned to sender. Ex specially, because I live right next door to a Small town post and could not even get a curious heads up that they were physical address instead of box. Thank you. Sending light energy and love 🌹

Worse service ever. Mailed a first class package on 16 June that only had to travel 5.4 miles which is calculated as an 11 minute drive. It has not been delivered as of close of business on 18 June. It cost me $4.50 for this failure of service.

I have had to change my mailing address from Cornell (Ithaca) to my home address (Freeville) due to retirement. Now my technical journals (8"x9") are delivered with tears in the protective cover and the journal's themselves. I never had this problem when they were delivered to my office at Cornell. I purchased and installed a new larger mailbox to accommodate the larger volume of mail. I understand that the sorting post office has changed from the Rochester location to the Syracuse location. I do not know where the problem exist, The Syracuse office of the Freeville office, but I am requesting that better care be taken with my mail in the future.

Expecting Sunday delivery (09/13/20). Home all day, no delivery. The tracking site indicates delivery attempted at 6:49pm. I have a camera and a Ring doorbell that videos continuously. There was no attempt. Also, no signature is needed so why wasn’t package left on porch.

feb 24, 2020 i checked on a status of an order and found out that my package was delivered Feb 23, 2020. this was a sunday delivery that i was not aware of. the carrier did not knock on my door. because i did not received the package, i do not know if the package was stolen or just not delivered. i would very much like to know who the the postal person was so i can find out what happen to my package. this makes the second time this month this happen to me. i'm really upset about it. i call the local post office. the phone rang a lot and later went into a busy signal. i called the other postal station and got the same respond. no answer. i called this number 1 800 275-5777. as i'm typing this review, i'm waiting for someone to answer. i been no this phone for more than 45 minutes listing to music. the customer service is extremely awful. far as i know, today is not a holiday so why am i getting this extremely bad service. i need answers

I'M REVIEWING THE SERVICE AT THE JAMESVILLE, NY STATION. COMPLETE LACK OF CARING! I TALKED TO THE GIRL AT LEAST TWO TIMES, EACH OF WHICH SHE WAS SHORT AND VERY RELUCTANT TO HELP ME SOLVE MY PROBLEM. I CALLED THE UNIVERSITY BRANCH AND RECEIVED FULL INFORMATION AND THE RESULTS TO BE EXPECTED. HAD I NOT CALLED UNIVERSITY BRANCH, I'D STILL BE IN THE DARK FOR INFO ON MY SHIPMENT. THE GIRL @ JAMESVILLE OFFERED CONSISTENT TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Woodgate: Regarding service summer of 2016 & 2017. We were not given a bill to continue using PO Box 98. Imagine our surprise when after changing our forwarding order and arriving at PO Box 98 we found our key did not work. Talking with Cheyenne the current personnel we learned that all of our mail was returned to sender. For this and for others in the same situation the fault appears to lie with Daniel NOT giving us a bill so we could pay and continue using this box we have had for many many years. I am NOT happy about this situation. Before closing the box shouldn't we have gotten MAIL asking for payment. This is not the way to reward people loyal to the USPS!!
