I’ve done all I can to get the door of my mail boxed closed! I mean how hard can it be to shut the door! What the heck ! Push it! Push it good!

I called the office for a redelivery because I expected the delivery to come at 8 PM but they arrived as early as 4 and need a signature. So I called in for redelivery and the man who answered was super rude and impatient to his customer and his attitude was just unacceptable. He told me my package needs a signature but when I asked him about when this is going to be at my house, he used a rude response of ANYTIME, and you just have to wait. It was on a Friday and I have to work. I can’t believe his attitude and when I called back to ask if he can drop it at the front door he was pissed and hung up on me. I couldn’t even put the redelivery form in my mailbox bc the door froze. Idk, I just had a very unpleasant customer service with this representative. I wish the manger would realize soon.

I applied for a new passport, with my married name. I had to pay an unexpected $25 for processing (they did not inform me of this fee when I called to ask about what to bring and how much everything would cost). The clerk told me I did not need to include my old passport or my marriage certificate. About 4 weeks later I received a letter from the US Dept of State informing me that my new passport could not be processed because my old passport was not included with my application. When I called the US Dept of State they also informed me that I need to include my original marriage certificate. I will be leaving in three weeks for my one year anniversary trip and will need my passport. I now need to take another trip out to this post office (25 minutes away from where I live) to overnight my documents to the US Dept of State in Buffalo. The post office said they will pay for the shipping but I work full time and another trip out there is really difficult for me. I am very disappointment with the service I received and the multiple errors that were made with my passport application. I hope our trip does not need to be cancelled due to this post office's lack of attention to detail and incorrect information.
