This office is completely ridiculous and unprofessional & the carriers are just as bad if not worst. Over two months been having to argue about my location of my mailbox that has been in the same place since I moved here from Albany 5+ yrs ago. Since January 2023 supposedly the delivery policies changed but yet the postmaster refused to let anyone know in writing that it did change and he illegally did not let people know about it and still hasn’t yet. I asked for a letter stating this and here it is 3/15/2023 still waiting for a copy of that letter or else I am not complying with them at all!! Yet it is alright for this office to return all of our mail back to the senders without our legal permission and not allow the mail to delivered or picked up. Now how can a post office be legally allowed to do this and nothing is done about this at all??? Regardless if it is usps and they are tempering with your mail without your permission it should be a federal offense. But this office doesn’t seem to take it seriously at all and thinks it funny to not only mess around with people’s mail but the disturbing fact they must not like disability children or their families because they are refusing to deliver their mail as well!! ****So anyone who is disabled, has disabled children or disabled family members please go to a different post office since this particular office is in completely bias against disabled people and their families. I would not support this office at all!****

Mail delivery is very erratic on Clarendon Street. I get mail only 2 or 3 days a week. It doesn’t seem to be the same days each week either. Is there a schedule for delivery? I can’t always get out to mail bill payments so i leave outgoing mail clipped to my mailbox on my front porch. It would be helpful to know what day the letter carrier was coming so that these checks were not out there on the wrong days, thank you.

I live in Schenectady and I have mixed emotions about the carriers who deliver my mail each day. I have had some issues with USPS carrier delivering the wrong mail to me or misdelivering my packages. I wish these people would do their job and take it seriously.

Believe me, Yvette, not all postal carriers steal although you'll find bad apples in every profession.
