2/1/23 Driver of USPS truck parked in only available Handicapped parking spot at Ellis Medical Building at 700 McClellan St, despite other available spaces. When the driver was told she was taking up a handicap spot, the young lady curtly replied that she is "Federal Government and can park anywhere she wants." When asked what PO she was from, she replied "Altamont". REALLY????

Mail is being misdelivered recently, with us receiving mail addressed to another place, and we were concerned that checks we expected in the mail had been delivered to someone else. Was told that there is no time frame (over a week since checks were mailed locally). They would talk to the carrier. When I asked how I could follow up on this matter, was told "we will talk with the carrier." No case #, no number to call back, they would not call me. So the only option would be for us to talk to the carrier. She got mad at that and hung up on me.

This is by far a bad business format at this location in many situations. It is a training post office. Is there any wonder that the post office is losing business!???!!! The incompetence can be staggering. Calling the office should avoid the 800#. It absolutely does not work and is a time waster. Just USE the local number. 518.370.1726 as direct contact number. And ask for names and stick by your request(s). The supervisors have to follow-up. Or go to the Post Master general (head honcho title may be different, sorry). I spoke with "Charlie" and he is a cool guy as a supervisor/mgr so I digress on calling them absolutely incompetent. But I still have concerns. Sigh. Just don't go postal when dealing with the post office. There are other alternatives if necessary.... But def call the local number, record time n dates, and names. Good luck.

this has to be the world's worst post office. They constantly lose my incoming and outgoing mail all the time. The employees and carriers should all be fired and the post office closed. I deal with the Schenectady post master if there is a problem now instead of dealing with incompetent personnel at Heritage station

How come the mail on Cutler Street never gets delivered before 5 at night. Even missing mail. Very poor service the mail person totally ignored mail clipped to the outside of our box till we actually had to stop him personally to pick it up. After days of being clipped to the outside of our mailbox

I need to speak to someone regarding delivery issue: have called 800 number more than once to go through time wasting messages only to hear one hour or more wait. I called heritage post office 4 times throughout today; only to be told no one available and to please call back later, no option to even hold, what kind of customer service is this.
