2 weeks i have been calling the usps no one answers at that office. called 1 800 still to check number and still no answering the phone wth

Tried calling the Brighton post numerous time and cannot get anyone to answer phone. I eed to know what happened to my lock cylinder, what is my next action? I hope you can help. I mailed a package to 39 South Goodman Street, and the recipient said she did not receive it. I put in the tracking number, and got the message that it had been delivered March 14th. Still waiting for packages from a week ago

I mailed two envelopes on Dec 23, 2020. One to Brooklyn, NY and one to Charlotte, NY. Neither has been received. This is crazy. My call to PO in Henrietta, NY was not answered after many rings. Then I tried the website and after typing in my question I was told I would have to pay a dollar to file a claim. I think my mail is in a bag that is on the bottom of a pile and every day new bags are placed on top.

My package has been at this facility for over a month. Has anyone had any success contacting them or getting their packages?

My package has been in their post office for 2 weeks now with no movement i'm beginning to think they have lost it and just don't want to admit their screw up or something as it's supposed to be on it's way to PA and was supposed to be delivered a week ago at the very latest. At this point i am going to be contacting my attorney as this is unacceptable. People NEED their mail it is an absolute necessity these days.

I subscribe to a weekly news magazine called The Week. It should arrive on Saturday. Throughout December, I received only one issue a week late making the title of the magazine Last Week!! I have not received an issue since then. I realize flats may not have been sorted due to the crush. My package originated in N. Tonawanda NY and went to Rochester. I could have driven to Tonawanda in under an hour from my home in Akron, NY. From Rochester it went back to Tonawanda and back and forth as couple of times before I called my local post office to put a trace on it. It now sits in Michigan. What are these folks thinking? It was mailed in plenty of time to reach me by Dec 21 st but now on the 28th is touring the country. What the heck?

I have packages that should have delivered on Tuesday 12/15 to my grandsons in Bradford, Pa. The packages were scanned and accepted at the Rochester, NY post office on 12/15. Today is 12/23 and the packages have not moved. I guess my little guys won’t be seeing those gifts for Christmas. Advice to others.....don’t bother calling because no one will answer. At this point I figure a postal worker stole the packages for their children. If they need them that bad fine, but you are a government employee and you work for me.

The post office is probably not sitting on my package. I say this because it was shipped from Seattle via UPS "Mail Innovations" on the 11th, accepted into the postal system in Warrendale PA on the 15th, and apparently "delivered" in Bloomington IL on the 19th. Of course, the tracking data do not say to whom it was delivered. All I know is it wasn't me. Oh, and neither the Jefferson Road PO or my local branch (East Henrietta) answers their phone. :-(

What is WRONG with your post office? For years now, even before COVID-19, I cringe whenever I see a package is being routed through Rochester, because I know there will be a delay. This time I have a package that arrived there Wednesday morning, and it hasn't moved. Every other location manages to get them in and out in 24 hours, why can't you do this?

Our postal delivery person is delivering the mail and is NOT WEARING A MASK OR GLOVES. Why is your post office holding up everyone's mail? If you don't start sending mail out, people are going to come there to get it and tear your post office apart. We're all dealing with the pandemic, so there's really no excuse to be holding people's mail orders up.

Very poor service should let customers know stays of there orders and why orders are being held for long periods of time. I've been waiting since 4/7/2020 for a update on delivery. Should have arrived 4/15/2020 by end of day. I understand the pandemic but just let customers know or reroute deliveries if your not doing them at this branch. Just let people know what's going on.

Why are home mail deliveries so late. Our mailman usually delivers our mail around 6:30 PM. This is ok in the summer because it's warm and it's still light out. But 6:30 when it's pitch dark out and blowing snow is not a good time to trudge out and get the mail. Can't you put more carriers on the route?

Doesn't anyone at the Post Office ever answer the phone?
