Why are the weekend delivery people so lazy? My regular postal person is wonderful but the weekend are awful. Packages are left out in the rain rather than putting them under the mailbox or the covered porch. They are too busy on their cell phones and not paying attention. PortChester needs a major cleanup.

Why is it that always on the weekend my packages are never delivered. Now my daughter's packages don't arrive. And how is it that it always says resident requests to be picked up at post office .I have and everyone in my family ask it to be delivered on our accounts. But it's always changed to pick up at post office .then when you get to the post office some blonde headed person always .and I mean always says the person delivering the package is still on the road .this port chester post office is the worst of all the post offices ,but I know who is responsible. This black lazy ass woman .who said herself she dosent take elevators or walk up stairs ,but know I have her lazy ass on my phone claiming she tried to delivery the package .and just drove by in her truck .so now I'm going strait to the postmaster general with evidence of her lazyass.

I agree with all of the complaints below. Wrong mail since 2018 when they changed my regular mailman and said that this was part of the Port Chester postal clean up effort. Completely pathetic, it was better off 4 years ago. At this point I have surveillance at my house so I can properly document who delivers the mail. I also have informed delivery which helps me in the complaint process when I am waiting on a mail piece. This has been semi successful. Also, my mail gets pulled every morning and reviewed. This has helped, went from wrong mail twice per week to wrong mail once or twice per month. There is hope but I should not have to monitor everything they do each day just to make sure I get the correct mail. I am fed up with Port Chester. They are below average in everything they do.

The worst post office in the USA I had mail hold and they were supposed to deliver my mail to my address once it finished. My mail was never delivered. I tried calling all day the PC post office the phone was always busy called the main number after all the prompts I was told wait time was 55 minutes. This is ridiculous! That’s why they are going bankrupt. The worst I’ve ever seen not just now but issues over the years are inexcusable. When you go in person they are very rude including the supervisor. The clerks have I don’t care attitude. Just awful awful. Port Chester should be shut down.

Calling the Port Chester Post Office has been impossible for months. The phone rings and rings and then hangs up. They never pick up. Meanwhile I have yet another package that was likely delivered to the wrong house, as I got a notice it was delivered, yet there is nothing on my porch and no activity on my camera.

My pobox 1647 in Portchester post office has no glass in the front is totally open for anybody take my mails I report many times and nobody take any action Could you please tell what I have to do or who I have to call Thank you so much🙏

THIS HAS TO BE THE WORST POST OFFICE IN THE USA. YOU NEVER GET A PERSON AND THE ONES YOU GET ON THE PHONE ARE RUDE. YOU DELIVER TO MY HOME AND MY BUSINESS AND BOTH PLACES ARE HORRIBLE. FED EX DELIVER A PACKAGE TO YOU AND STILL NOT IN MY HOME. 914 358 5703

I called the Port Chester, N.Y. post office this morning and asked a simple question to the supervisor. My question was a package was sent from France and I could not get a tracking number. Is there anything I can do to search for it without a tracking number. Her response was to put me on hold. I disconnected after ten minutes.

Mail service sucks. Our mail ends up placed at other peoples homes and we receive mail from different address. I tried calling the 1800-ask usps not luck. I tried the local number and it rings rings but no one picks up.

WORST POST OFFICE EVER Called the Port Chester post Office today more than once , I let the phone ring until I got tired of hearing it. No one ever answered any of the calls I made . I tried the 1-800-ask USPS phone number and got “ your wait time for an agent to answer is between 50-50 minutes WHAT ? I guess everyone is too busy. What’s wrong with the postal service and how come no one in the Port Chester office is capable of answering the phone . Shame on you

Why is it when our regular mailman is off - the one that is covering for him NEVER stops or picks up our mail. When I went to flag him down, he ignored me and drove off. This is unacceptable.

The Clerk Who Handled My Family's Passport Renewals Had No Clue What She Was Doing And Consistently Asked Her Co Worker For Help Throughout The Transaction. So Unprofessional!!!!!! Hope We Get Theses Passports. Avoid Rocio!!!!!!!!!

Worst post office. At 1pm on a Saturday, these impolite idiots are doing passport applications at the only 2 counters open, while the line grows out the door. When asked why, the Indian man behind a 3rd counter finally opened 20 minutes later says that only that day are they taking walk up passport applications at any counter at any time. Lied to me. Why hire people like this ?

WORST SERVICE I've EVER experienced with the USPS IN MY LIFE!! They are rude and slow -- and I have had FIVE -- Yes, FIVE -- packages go missing in the past 3 months!!! The incompetence at this branch is unbelievable. Do yourself a favor, and get yourself a P.O. in Ryebrook!!!! TERRIBLE!

Please do get your own P.O. in Rye Brook. Also have all Rye Brook residents use Rye Brook Schools and not just those that live on the King St School side of King St.!!!!! U Snob!

Awful employees at this location. I dropped off multiple 2-day priority mail packages, and the parasites didn't move them for several days. Filing a formal complaint. This is the worst example of govt employee attitudes.
