Postal Locations

We love all the mail men and mail women who deliver on north street. But the past few weeks, our mail truck has backfires nonstop. It sounds like a gunshot each time. Not a good feeling up and down our street to hear that truck. Can someone please service the mail truck?

something is drastically wrong at the Valkey Road Post Office. We filled out notice for mail forwarding in the middle of November. We have been in Florida since December 1, 2021. The forwarding has been almost non-existent. I have personally called the Valley Road post office and on a trip home I stopped in and spoke to the supervisor. We have now been informed that much of our mail is being returned. Some days mail is left in the mailbox at our empty home on Lake Avenue. I do not understand why no mail is being forwarded to our Florida address. There are weeks of mail that are missing. I am totally frustrated and do not know what to do anymore. Please advise & help!!

Why does the person replacing Dave not leave my mail. I was told I had Christmas packages coming today. Therefore I won’t have things I need for the holidays. Please tell him or her #2 home is occupied not like #1 east lawn which is empty. Joan

We have not had mailed delivered to our home since, last Wednesday, August 25,2021. I would appreciate if someone from the valley road post office would let me know why. Thank you.

Generally, we have not had any problems with our deliveries until a couple of weeks ago. The mail has been forced into our mailbox so much that it cannot be closed and packages are sticking out. Also, large packages are being left on the ground outside of our gate, which we don’t know about. This weekend, a package was left outside that was hard to bring in because of its size and weight. I had to take the car out and drive up the driveway to get it. There must be someone new on the route who doesn’t know his job. Please let me know as soon as as you train him/her better. Thank you

I accidentally clicked on the wrong street address on the website. The package was delivered to the wrong street but not the wrong number. And the street address they deliver to is a building that is being renovated so no one is there. But when I called Valley Drive they corrected it for me and got the package to me extremely fast. I always like the post office but I really appreciate any efforts anyone made to correct my mistake.
