Got great service at the desk every time I visited the place. I called today, Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, and the phone was answered on second ring! Thank you. Please keep up the good work.

This post office is beyond ridiculous - no one ever answers the phone and when they deliver packages they leave them in the middle of a driveway where they can get run over and then say "carrier left them in a mailbox." I didn't realize my mailbox grew legs, walked about 100 feet up a driveway and planted itself in the middle of my driveway.

I’ve called the phone like 10 times to speak with someone and all it does is ring and no one picks up. Plus when someone sends me certified mail, it never comes to my house i always have to figure out to pick up in the post office and they never leave a note. I’m at my house most of the time though. And I see that they never come. Worse customer service.

This is at least the third time that I have complained to the USPS in Washington. I have also complained several times to the Ossining post office. The Ossining post office has also been on the Westchester tv station because of the poor service. The two main problems are mail delivered late and no mail delivered. So far this year I have not received mail on the following 7 days: 1/4/2018,1/9, 1/19,2/26,3/5 (on this day I did not receive any mail but I did receive mail for my long dead neighbor),3/7 and 3/13.

We live in The Woods in Westchester. Our mail delivery has gone completely down hill. We need answers. The condo's mail is delivered it two parts. The entrance from Hawkes Avenue gets their mail mid AM. That's not a problem. The entrance from RT. 134 gets their mail usually between 5:30 and 9:00 PM. Is that "Service"? When our regular carrier (Joe) is working we get our mail around 5:00 PM. When Joe has to do another carrier's route we get our mail about 7:00 PM. Is that "Service"? Here's the kicker, when Joe is off on vacation we get our mail between 7:00 and 9:00 PM. That's right 9:00 PM. Is that "Service"? In the last 5 months we have received NO MAIL on 6 different dates. This is absurd! Before going to bed I have to go out to see if we have mail. I have called the PO a few times getting no response. We should not be subject to this type of service. If we don't get this problem resolved right away, we will contact The NYS Consumer Affairs Dept.
