My mail is often delivered to the wrong person. When you call to complain or ask what is going on, they hang up on you. I had a registered letter coming. They left an orange slip WHEN I was HOME. No one rang the bell. I then requested a redelivery the next day online and had a confirmation. I was home all day and they never came. Today, I get a third (never a second) delivery attempt sign and I've been here all day. I called to see why and they hung up on me again. Neighbors complain that they don't get their mail, get others. What is going on?
