I received mail that was in a different envelope that had been open and the address was blacken out. So someone open my mail put it in a different envelope. My social security # was on the mail. I am definitely reporting this and will sue if I am a victim of identity theft. This post office is the worst they are a bunch of rude highly incompetent criminal Jack asses. Never use your debit card in this post office. Once they have your pin number they will drain your bank account. This post office needs to be shut down now !!

I have been waiting for a package that said delivered but never was delivered. I received a phone call from this location 8pm at night. I returned the call today in hopes that they have my package and the lady that answered was RUDE for no reason! If you hate your job just quit ! Disgusting how she treated me, she wouldn’t even let me talk or explain my situation she kept cutting me off with an attitude. AND HUNG UP ON ME. Just Trifling I am DISGUSTED

I just got back from the post office on W. 104 st. It was a terrible experience. The only staff working there were two rude, belligerent Black women who didn't help me find my package, but just walked away. I gave up and left. There was so much hostility.

The absolute worst postal service I’ve ever experienced. Lazy staff, lazy delivery personnel. I have waited all day for a package only to be notified that “delivery was attempted but recipient not available” which is an absolute lie as I have been waiting ALL DAY and no one attempted to contact me. This is the last time I tolerate this. They lost my WEDDING DRESS and I didn’t raise hell, I should have.

The worst customer service! All the attendants are extremely rude. If you have a wrong form watch out they will bark at you.

I've had Premium Forwarding in place for more than a month. This PO sends an email saying they are shipping it, but NOTHING has been shipped. I can see that from the Tracking number. They charge me for the service, but have NEVER shipped. They don't answer the phone. USPS is a service guaranteed by the govt. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Absolutely the WORST bunch of postal workers EVER!! They lie about deliveries, carriers come when, and if they want, and forget about anyone answering any phone number at this place. They are a JOKE!!!

My regular carrier has been on medical leave. Since then there has been nothing but screw ups with delivery. For example on several occasions I got mail meant for the same Apt # in the building across the street. Rather than give it to my doorman to deal with I personally took the mail to the correct building and gave it to it's doorman. Next for the past 2 out of 3 weeks my Entertainment Weekly magazine has disappeared. My regular carrier has told me that in the past misdelivered mail is often trashed and rarely rerouted to it's correct destination. Now my magazines are missing and nobody is coming forward to return it to me (because the PO made the error thus not obligated to try to return it correctly. That is stealing), or is it just disappearing right there at the station or by taken by the substitute carriers. I'm fed up.

Good morning are Ing. Calosso and last year I wrote about twenty postcards for Italy. Please how do I receive it? Thanks, Aldo.
