They literally N E V E R deliver your package. Anytime I order anything and it says delivery by USPS I know I won’t actually get the package. They will update the delivery status to “delivery attempted” but not even stop by, I will literally be home and nobody tries to buzz in or knocks or anything. Then you try to re-schedule the delivery and they do the same thing, so you are then required to go to the post office to pick it up. What are you supposed to do if you work M-F 9-5? So incredibly unprofessional and frustrating, and there’s nothing you can do.

Hands down the WORST post office in all NYC. I've never had even a decent experience at this location, and have always had to wait at least an hour to pick up a package (sometimes over two hours). My mail was lost several times. Workers are always rude and not helpful. It seems as if they all have a "I don't care about helping you...I hate my job" attitude. Very disappointing. I now only use FedEx and UPS.
