Postal Locations

Mail is not delivered on a consistent basis. Some days we get none delivered. When they do they drop it off at the front desk of the hotel and do not ask if we have any going out. They are supposed to be delivering to our mail room, not the front desk. The regular mailman, Bruce, is wonderful but he is on a month vacation. The day he left this horrible service began. We should not have to drive to the post office every day to send mail or get mail. When you try to speak with someone whoever answers the phone is rude and misinformed. i.e. they tried to deliver the mail and we were closed. WE are a resort open 24/7 - we are never closed. We should be able to get our mail delivered and picked up. I even tried to make it easy on the new mailman and told him to leave the mail at the front desk but ask if we had any going out and he just runs out. This entire situation is very frustrating and unacceptable. Everyone goes on vacation and it does not stop the flow of business. Please find out what is going on at this location.

Going into the post office is a breeze and everyone is always super friendly. Our delivery guy on the other hand is no good. He often throws our packages up the stairs to our front door instead of walking up the stairs. It's very disappointing.
