Replace the three drive-by drop-in mailboxes removed when the railroad trestle was under construction and the roads were blocked off so we could not access them. They are vitally important and have been there for decades. Residents who are handicapped, elderly, seniors, unable to find parking to enter the post office, need these. Inclement weather, post office is closed, also make these essential to have access to. The mailboxes are needed again. This is an election year and in a few weeks we will need those available. Instead of curtailing our ability to vote, help the residents. Replace the three mailboxes!

ordered an 11 pc enameled cast iron pot and pan set on a 2 day sale only. My daughter NEVER got it. Records from USPS said it was delivered. Called post office 5 days at various times no answer... sent email and got phone call and they told me it was delivered to wrong person but do not know who it was wrongly given to and tough luck there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO. It was not a small letter, but a big, heavy box. What kind of people work there? Imagine they lost a great gift of high value which could be available again, I was told there was NOTHING they could do. That place is full of people who DO NOT know what they are doing. I tried to complain to higher authority but ended up up in a dead end. Imagine giving the big, heavy box to the wrong people. Can't they read whom it was addressed??? Unforgiven and to talk to a guy who was curt, not interested, did not give a care and I finally gave up the conversation before he was repeating the same drivel over and over again. A monkey could have done a better job. My daughter has lived there for over 20 years and you would hope the carrier would know her by now. YOU CANNOT DEPEND ON USPS FOR GOOD SERVIVE. NO WONDER PEOPLE USE OTHER MEANS. CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT THEY GAVE THE EXPENSIVE, UNREPLAEABLE BIG BOX WITH A SPECIAL GIFT TO MY DAUGHTER TO THE WRONG PEOPLE INSTEAD OF MY DAUGHTER WHO IS THE ONLY HOUSE ON THAT BLOCK. DISCUSTING SERVICE AND WORKERS...….

I am upset at the condition of the package delivered today to my mailbox. It was entirely too big to fit into the mail receptacle, but the carrier attempted to try and fit it inside damaging the entire side of the box. I have pictures of same. When that didn't work, the package was attached to the flag and an open door of the mailbox with a rubber band. A few months ago my flag was broken off when the carrier forced a package inside which I could not get back out. Now the flag that was repaired was bent and I am upset that my mailbox was left open. My usual carrier Uma is the most reliable person I have ever had. She would never have left a package hanging onto the side of my mailbox, nor would she leave it open for possible tampering/theft. The package was addressed to Jessica Lester so I do not know yet whether the contents were additionally damaged.
