Postal Locations

I don't know what's going on with the mail lately. Since October of 2020 a lot of what I've sent has not been getting to its destination. I mailed out 8 Halloween cards and only 2 people got theirs - and not the ones who live locally. I sent out several birthday cards that never got to their destination. I called the Mamaroneck Post Office and they said the next stop is the White Place Distribution Center. Try making a complaint to the Post Master General..forget about that. Someone needs to look into this matter and soon.

ive been waiting for my mail and i went out with my dog i walk down to my local cvs and i see the mail man sleeping and hes been parked there for a good hour now but im will not tolerate the waiting for a worker who sleeps on the job

I approached to a woman mail person today in my building, and asked if she can take an envelope with her, she looked at me as I own her money, no words expressed ... such a terrible attitude! Kidness doesn't worth a penny. I have to come back to my apartment and within 5 minutes, she knocked my door as if I deaf. I just simply and "very educated" told her: Not worry, I'll take the envelope personally to the post office. This lady has a lot of attitude.... I feel sorry for her. Mamaroneck

Went to post office regarding missing package but tracking number says the package is there. I was told package was not there and there is nothing they can do about it and I should go hunt down my postman and ask her if she knows where it is. Package was supposed to be delivered Saturday and today is Tuesday. 200.00 + dollars just gone!!! Really nothing you can do about it?? They have become rude and not nice. Bring Carmine Back!!!

I just Like to call your attention about the woman Mail person at MAMARONECK Avenue does not follow the protocol about using a mask when going into the stores ... this will be the last call before I call the police

What happened to our big drive-up Blue Box in front of the P.O. ?? The replacement is wholly inadequate and not well placed. Are there any other blue boxes on the streets of Mamaroneck????

I am leaving Mamaroneck and have only nice things to say about my mailman. Now I would ask to hold my mail, please

Terrible delivery service by postman in Harbor Heights. Always deliver mail to wrong address, Neighbors deliver the mail.

I was awaiting my paycheck on Friday the 5th of Dec.I didn't get any mail that day.Sat. the 6th I got mail for the house across the street from my house and mail for a house that is 2 doors down from me.I am still missing my paycheck! This has been happening a lot since Tony our regular mailman has gone.I also have a problem with how the mail is delivered.I have a locked mailbox to keep my mail safe.I find that some times the mail is not pushed all the way into the box,so that any one can reach my mail and pull it out.Also when it rains and the mail sticking out,I end up getting a wet soggy mess! I have never had this problem with Tony.I hope you can resolve this mess.Still looking for my paycheck.Rosalie Sarno

For several weeks we do not get the right mail. Since the regular mailman, Joe, retired, we either don't get mail or I get other's peoples mail. I live on 130 Lawn terrace and I get mail for 132! There is a difference between there two numbers. Please advice and I would appreciate if you resolve this matter. Thank you cleo kennedy
