My son brought three envelopes with small books enclosed to your branch late april. None of my friends received these books. So, what happened to them? I have never had a problem at any other post office branch but yours. Did you throw them away? Did someone take them? Interesting that not one of my friends received them so I can reasonably deduct that they did not get lost. I'm very upset about this and plan to pursue this. Who can I talk to that can help me?
