2513 Sunset Ave Utica, NY 13502 has to have a mailperson that puts the mail in the wrong boxes. Also We have not received any mail in 3 days. there are two businesses in this building and neither of us have received any mail???
Social Security send twice notifications for me and I don’t got it;
They said I should contacted the office to ask what is the problem with my postal service.
Have not picked my mail up in two days. Mail truck turned around next to my mailbox, driver exited to sweep snow off the road, walked four feet away from my mailbox and did not take the mail. Is this post office a nest of zombies or what?
I keep getting the wrong not mine at the wrong address And somebody need to look into it that mailman who keep delivering somebody else mail at my address they need help them again seriously
I went to Pitcher Street to cancel deliveries because of a vacation from Apr 4 - May 4. I filled out the form and handed it in. But I called a friend on April 19 so see if I had a package delivered. She said my mail box was overflowing with mail.
So I tried to get in touch with the post office at Pitcher St. I simply couldn't get through to them. They said I could leave a message but there was no beep to indicate when I should start talking. After a few tries, I just started talking. It still cut off after a few seconds. Previously it told me to call *611, which I did, but I got a message saying it didn't go through and I should call *611... ad infinitum. Meanwhile I want my mail delivery cancelled until my return. But there is no way to get through.
I have to indicate that I am not a robot but I am communicating to robots. Very frustrating.

why is the mail being dropped off the mail one week around 3pm and then he see me out there waiting for my mail ..So now hes coming after 6 pm. This is wrong and I'm gonna make this go viral .cause this is bonkers..Its like since the covic stuff started clearing up the us postal service has been.Has been slacking on getting mail out ..do you need help if so put out there that your ail service needs help with delivering mail..my bills has to be paid and its the postal service that holds my checks and bank cards up sometimes i get my bills late because of the way us postal service is slacking. I want to complain about a carrier that delivered mail today (8/6) to 237A Hillcrest Manor Ct. Whoever it was (male, I believe) wadded and crushed all the items in the mailbox. Not necessary! Others manage just fine. J. Houts
This is a complaint. When is somebody going to shovel the snow bank out from in front of the mailbox located at Weaver Meadows in N. Utica? I had to climb over the snow to mail some bills and I slipped and fell and hurt my hip.
