Tracking states delivered Sunday, 7/26 at 5:07.. no mail, 7/27 no mail, 7/28 no mail. Tried calling, no one pick up the phone. Last time, the tracking states Saturday 7/18 delivered and the item did not show up til late afternoon Sunday 7/19 but this time nothing at all..
I went to this location today and according to the Governor’s orders everyone is suppose to keep 6feet apart and the markings outside the post office were not being followed. The sign on the door and windows clearly say only 5people inside the post office are allowed. But everyone kept going in total of 12 people. The employees (3 women) who seem to be new to this location were totally ignoring customers and laughing and talking all their personal conversations. Basically not doing their job!! There was only one employee (Asian woman) who was helping customers. After I asked why are they letting too many people inside she just said it’s ok and did nothing about it. I hope the postal service takes care and folllows guidelines of the NY State to keep everyone safe.
I mailed a very expensive package with a UPS label by accident. The employees at this branch keep telling me that it will get redirected to UPS but it has been a month now and UPS is telling me that they have never received the package. I asked if there was anyway to get in touch with the office and they give me the runaround. I have been in there three times. Noone wants to go the extra mile to help me, I cant afford to lose this package.
They always say the address is wrong all the time have a hard time with because they both want too walk up too the third floor or just drive by live here over 20 years and still have problems getting my mail
I agree with Avi...have been calling for a week and nobody answers the phone...what is the point of having a contact number?? I guess It's nice to know that someone is hiring the mentally challenged...
