The customer service was abysmal. I was given 3 different fees and asked for clarification. The service representative grew frustrated and asked me to deal with her manager. I was shocked because I didn’t see any problem. I simply asked her to clarify so I was clear on the final cost. The representative accused me of being aggressive. She proceeded to ask me which part of what she said I didn’t comprehend. It turned into a shouting match. I told her that she’s unprofessional and should not be working there. There were 3 service representatives at the front and they all verbally ganged up on me. Not one single one of them had any professionalism to even correct each other. I left with my package in hand. I really wish I had this whole encounter on video. I won’t be going back there.

I am not talking about the movie. I am talking about this post office. Just like others' reviews, there is no way you can contact this post office. Their phone numbers and fax numbers do not exist - the numbers you dial are not in service. LOL.
Then I called the 1-800 numbers then they said that you reached a different department. All I wanted from them is a working number. Then I can file a complaint about a mail carrier did not close our mailboxes after delivering mail. It makes our life so difficult. Who else or where else can we file a complaint?
Impossible to contact anyone at this post office. The customer service is not just terrible, it is nonexistent! Don't waste your time. The phone numbers they list are all out of service. Terrible, terrible service!
I am at present very upset at the ineptness of the postal carriers who cannot tell the difference between PLACE and STREET. My mail is constantly delivered to 98th street when I live on 98th Place. I have two packages that are showing REFUSED because they were delivered to the wrong address. Please pay attention.
