Usually great service. I love my Mail Lady. lately, truck pickups are hit and miss. I ordered a truck pickup and by 4:00 P.M. it's marked completed and never picked up so I have to make another request for pick up. this has happened a few times this past 12 months

I wish the employees would see this. I was there today and was impressed with how well the office ran. It is a credit to supervisor Birdie Williams. She helped everyone and easily answered questions. Thank you

Why is the box to drop packages that have prepaid packages always broken? No one should have to stand on line to drop a package that already has postage on it and the employees will not open the window for you.

Waiting for package from QVC since 7/14 left SC to UPS #1Z811336YW62987824, then arrived in Brooklyn USPS 92612909813263571019103712, on 7/15/2020, have not received the order...This is the third time ordering different things from QVC and my packages get lost....whe reaching BROOKLYN NY...WHY???

Why do the postal trucks park on Avenue N every day and take up all the customers parking??!!! You have a parking lot that is empty!!! Aside from the fact that you do not pay the meters so our city is losing its income. Every day 10 vans parked on the street, IT IS NOT FAIR!!!

I filed a claim regarding a missing package that I'd ordered and PAID for and it's been MONTHS & no FEEDBACK from Hannah. I call several times a day and NO ANSWER or SHE'S NEVER AVAILABLE. I went away for training for employment and STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN ANY FEEDBACK. This location SUCKS IN TERMS OF THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

The absolute worse! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. If I had to make an appointment for a passport, I would not be able to do so. I had another question about a lost package, but cannot get through. I had a postal worker who ran away from me when I asked a question about delivery at my home, yet at the window at the station, they are so kind and accessible - what gives???

Rob, you got it right. I've been trying to schedule an appointment for days. no one answers the phone and it seems like the phone number listed is a fax line and the fax line is the phone number. nothing right about this place...

No one likes to answer the phones at this location. The number listed on the Web is wrong. Regardless, no one answers either numbers. Kinda hard to make an appointment without a human to answer the calls. No automated system. Nothing.
