My tenant is an EDP. We are in the process of evicting her. Route #3 postal worker has befriended her and has come onto my property taking photos of my home and exchanging emails. This tenant is well known to 63rd precinct as she has stolen my mail and she returned it when they arrived. This is on video as well as all the damage she has caused to my property. I personally asked Route 3 worker to stay off my property and stop taking pictures. Today I returned a call from post office. The woman who answered claimed she was a “supervisor” but refused to give a name. She said my tenant claims “we are stealing her mail and since she put in her claim first they believe her” and will not tell Route 3 to stay off my property or refrain from picture taking. I had already identified myself and again asked for her name, she hung up. I called back and she continued to hang up. The post office seems to be hiring from the bottom of the barrel. Do you have any employees with a name, professional and educated enough to address my concerns?
