Worst worst worst, I get very important mail overnight sent to me multiple times every month and what are we paying for ? Nothing cause it never arrives to me on time I'm not sure how much money usps has been refunding me for this problem but it's been alot they need a better system

This has the to be the worse facility their just holding people packages ... my package was suppose to be here 2 days ago but it says it’s in transit this is crazy we have to do something about this everyone we have to get this facility shut down!!!! their customer service is horrible they’re number doesn’t work & they are not sending out the packages this facility will never get my package again

Horrible the worst customer service in the usa and I'm not just saying that it's saying online that my package is in transit and it's been sitting here for 3 days past my delivery date which is supposed to be in Staten Island why is it still in Brooklyn I have no idea but the point is it's way past my delivery date and rowing all my plans it's unbelievable never again never ever ever again well I deal with the United States postal service FedEx or UPS it's my way to go from now on maybe even DHL now I know why the postal service is going bankrupt and out of business
