On 10/31/23 the mail has been delivered to the lobby of the building at 1608 Ocean PKWY.
There was a package in my mail box and $5.00 bill. Everything has been disappeared after this visit. I would like to talk to the mail man but the post office refused to contact me with him.
This is not nice, at least he can leave the package on the floor in the lobby!
I received this regarding a packaged that was supposed to be delivered: No Access to Delivery Location. We could not access the delivery location to deliver your package at 4:10 pm on December 22, 2022 in BROOKLYN, NY 11230. We will redeliver on the next delivery day. No action needed.

In my building, 1053 East 13 street, lately, mail carrier just leaves all envelopes by mail lockers,without sorting it by apartment / locker, given that all the apartment numbers are indicated on mail items. please address

My porch camera DOES NOT show anyone leaving package "at/or near mail box".
1-800-275-8777 only tells me that package was delivered.
The phone number listed above is incorrect. I called another location to get the correct number and after calling, I rang for approximately 1 min. and then the phone reverted over to a long buzzing sound.
Why doesn't the post office answer the phone? Besides being the worst post office they don't want to speak to anyone. What happened to customer service?
Help us please! Recently all our packages are being dumped in the lobby under our mail boxes which includes a small flight of stairs. Both myself and wife are handicapped and cannot see the packages nor climb the stairs. Also we are elderly and cannot carry the packages back to the apartment.
This is a horrible situation. Please deliver our packages and mail to our apartment door.

i shhipped a package 2 weeks ago it was never shipped to destination but came back to my state and instead coming back to me the post office dont know about the package i am going back and forth but no cooperation only one answer when it will come we will inform you how long we dont know it was never like this before i think either post office need more staff or need new staff
Rude service ... long lines ... and hot like in H3LL !!! I asked one of the cashiers/associates/service people to split a payment into cash and card and he said no and just took the card !!! He didn't do what I requested and said goodbye with such a priggish attitude that I wanted to wait outside till he gets of to see if he'd have the same attitude without the plastic between us!!!
