I've had a P.O. Box here for over a year and I've never had bad service. Mrs. Wade is one of the most professional clerks I've ever seen at any PO. Others may seem short but never rude. They have to deal with jackasses all day. LOL.

I sent a gift to a friend at P.O box P.O box 180322 Brooklyn, Kings County, NY 11218-9997, And the gift was returned. TWICE! What the hell is going on there? Your manager needs to take a serious consideration into changing routines and/or maybe some staffers. The arrival of the gift should have been notified to the reciever, within good time frame (at least a couple days or a week before being returned to sender) How can I get in touch with your manager?

Sunday I was going to the Post Office to drop off a package, I seen a Postal Truck and ask him if he could take it for me and he said Yes. I been checking on line to track it with the tracking # and it's telling me you haven't got it. Can you please look into it for me. The tracking # is 9461 5096 9993 8905 4601 30 The driver told me I probable be able to track it Sunday night or Monday.

I have lived in Brooklyn all of my 48 years of life except for the past 4 1/2 years that I've lived in Florida when I came back for my father's funeral and went to this post office to pick up a package that I had shipped here from my husband in Florida. It was the rudest service i have ever received in my life! The woman at the window was on her cell phone talking socially and when she asked me for my id and I showed her my florida license she yelled at me for not giving her a New York i.d. and wouldn't let me explain why I was picking up a package here in New York. She continually yelled at me and slapped her hand on the table and called the supervisor to the front which was actually a relief. Talk about nasty!!!!! What a horrible experience! Rude people! I wish I remembered to video her. What a terrible experience.

Why does no one ever answer this phone? I've tried calling many different times, and no one ever picks up. Is it the wrong number?

I've lived in NYC for 39 years and this is the WORST Post Office I have ever had to deal with. They are nasty, slow, the self-service machine is always broken, and I REALLY don't trust them to send (or receive) anything important. There's often a line almost out the door, and one window open- or 2 if you're lucky. If you're wondering why the USPS is in trouble- it's because people would rather pay more for a private courier like UPS, then deal with the attitude and incompetence at their local Post Office.
