I mailed my family a package and i was told it will not be delivered because of not enough information on address. The address is fine. Seems now if you live in a trailer park one now needs to not only add the trailer number and street address, one also needs to add the po box number or the mail carrier will refuse to deliver the package. . This seems to me like a mail carrier not wanting to do the job they are paid to do. Plus, why is the box number not the same as the trailer number? This is not only controlling but discrimination of residents and mail carriers failing to do their jobs. I live in a trailer park and the mail box number is the same as my trailer number! I am ashamed of the Albion postal service. We use to live in Albion and the mail was excellent, but not any more. The postal workers no longer have pride in their jobs and the mail carriers. need to deliver the mail like they use to when we lived in Albion. Where is the pride in the job? Albion needs mail workers who respect their job and residents. May the good Lord bless Albion Residents!

I'm sure that I have the worst mail service in the country. I'm trying to run a business but I have to do everything on the next business day because my post office runs on the next business day. My mail doesn't arrive until 5 or 6 PM and then if I'm not standing there to tell the driver what packages I have coming he won't leave them and I have to wait again. Today I had two important packages "out for delivery" but again they didn't arrive. The driver told me that the regular driver had too much to handle so he took a good share of his mail. My packages were not on the truck. When my driver is off my mail is delivered between 12 noon and 1:30 PM. You have so many good employees, it's time to cull the deadwood.

Jason was very snarky and rude. Had an issue with a package not actually be delivered and them claiming it was, and was basically told I'm out of luck.

Thank you Jason for the call, because I am disabled and the VA havent sent me my hearing aids until December I missed hearing the drivers knock on the door and because of my back I move slow and careful, by the time I got to my door, they could have been home having supper, Sorry about the mix up, and I no longer am driving due to eye operations problems so if possible can I get a letter of release allowing the drivers to leave the packages that dont fit in the mail box I dont want to make waves and get anyone in trouble because of my disabilities, Thank you, Paul J Fox
