Fantastic Svs; i prefer to come to Fancher PO rather than POs near by cuz: 1) closest 2) friendly cheerful staff = they take the time to answer your Qs and advise you, and namily cuz 3) Veeeerry helpful staff. Had a Q as to why my HMO payment was late or kept on "getting lost". With their relentless investigation we learned the payment was going into a GPO (group post office box) a bank shared the box and the person there that got the mail only worked couple days a week.They'd would get ALL the mail in the box on Mon, Tues & Wens,(irregardless if its the bank's or not, they'd take it all). Sort it at their desk, get the bsnks, and Leave The Everything That's Not Theirs, On Their Desk Till Monday!.. They Never Returned any to the PO when they were there! And their co-workers would not go, look at the remaining mail on the desk & return it!! Hence my payment would arrive at the PO in time but thanks to the person at the bank, the payment arrived at my HMO late! Fancher PO found out I wasnt the only one this was happening to, had the receiving PO make sure the GPO is sorted Before the bank rep leaves and that they Only get their mail!
