We have not had any mail delivery since 12/23/22 it is now 1/5/23. I went to the post office yesterday to get the mail they told me the mailman has it and try’s to deliver everyday if it is not to dangerous. I have talked to several neighbors and no one including myself has seen a mail truck in this neighborhood. Our streets are bare our mailbox is cleared out and the mailman would not even have to get out of his vehicle. What do we need to do to get our mail😬
I am exhausted from trying to get my mail delivered to my mailbox!!! I have complained several times and each time the PostMaster from Vista Blvd. in Sparks tells me each time the problem will get resolved!! Our mail usually gets sent to 1201 Spruce Meadows instead of 1201 Mallard Crest Drive!! Today a nice lady delivered our mail who said she lived at 2101!!! When will you get reliable workers who know how to read!! I am just DONE with you guys!! So frustrated!!!!
All the mail boxes are open on Prairie Moon ln Sparks Nv and peoples mail is all exposed someone could go thru everyone's mail. Not the 1st time and packages locked in the boxes the keys left on top of mail boxes for anyone to take.
I am so tired of not receiving all of my mail. Sometimes I get all and a lot of times I get most of the but not all of my bills . I have complained about this issue before. And it seems that certain mail isn't being delivered for se reason I need this asap
Our postal service (drivers) in Spanish Springs sucks!! We get neighbors mail on a daily basis (even after putting a sign inside the mailbox with our names only). Different driver every day! They broke my mailbox 8-9 months ago, we bought an expensive better, heavier duty mailbox and IT IS NOW BROKEN! I have gone down and personally spoken to a female Supervisor at the Vista post office and this crap never changes! HIRE PEOPLE THAT CARE and hold them accountable!!
We have a problem. The mailbox stack at Pyramid and Calle De La Plata, stack#887 was replaced today. I have box #9. I wasn’t made aware of this happening and my mailbox key doesn’t work. What are you going to do about these keys?

It appears our mailbox community mailbox was either broken into or the mailman didn’t close it doesn’t surprise me can’t find my mail for Saturday through per informed delivery who do we need to talk to to get this resolved nobody answers the phone at the Vista office and I wanna know what’s going to happen to my mail today are they going to hand deliver it to my house
We are having delivery problems on La Via Way. My neighbor has brought me my mail twice in the last two weeks that was delivered to their house instead of mine. In both August and September we did not receive our bills from USAA for our auto insurance and credit card statement. Yesterday we got a call from NV Energy that our payment was late and we haven't received our bill. It was mailed to us over a week ago. We routinely don't receive out mail until after 9 PM. Totally unsatisfactory service
It appears as though this post office location has a record of delivering mail to wrong addresses and losing items.
I ordered a large telescope on December 3, 2019 and tracked it from Albany NY to the distribution center in Reno. From this point the trail went cold. The tracking said it was delivered on December 10. But I didn’t receive it . Instead of delivering the boxes to my address, the branch (89434) delivered it to a house on William Morby in Sparks.
The people at the address apparently liked the telescope; an 8” Dobsonian worth $595.00 and decided to keep the item.
The one of the Supervisors at the 89434 location confirmed it was delivered to the William Morby location and said he would have the letter carrier check with the recipients at that address and try to get the boxes back.
They know they delivered it to the wrong house because I own the tracking number for the item. It isn’t lost. The Post Office 89434 knows exactly where the items are, but I haven’t heard anything from them about getting it back and getting it to me at the CORRECT address.
With all of the new technology the postal service has spent millions on, and the continued rising cost of postage and shipping, this organization cannot deliver a package to a location less than a half mile from the zip location.
It isn’t like we just moved here. We’ve been at our current address for 20 years! How on God’s Green Earth could they fail to get it to a house with a correct name which the carrier should recognize as not matching the address?
I know mistakes happen, but anyone would expect the supervisors at the facility would make the effort to correct the error, retrieve the packages and get them to the right person.
It appears as though this branch (89434) is inept and just does not care about doing their job. And this is a continuing problem at 89434.

My postman has again delivered packages to wrong address. I either get someone else’s package in our neighborhood, which I then personally take package to them, or mine is delivered to someone else.
I had a package which said arrived today but has not been. When confronted he says it has wrong address on it. This is not the case.
I’m very frustrated
Yesterday, I had a package from Amazon delivered for my husband for our anniversary. The post was it's was delivered at 4:47. We saw the mail mail at our box. When he left we went to check the mail and there was no key to open a box for the delivery. We left a note on the larger box in case they delivered/put the key into the wrong mail box. I've called about 5 times today to this location without an answer just ringing and ringing.
Our mail was re-routed according to our carrier because Las Vegas did it. We used to get our mail @ 10am. Now we dont get it til between 7 and 8pm! So if this re-route was intended to be more efficient I would like to know how much overtime it is racking up. Not to mention that I live in a senior community and many of our residents get medication through the mail, later and later every day! Our tax dollars at work!
Going on 2 months no mail at my new residence. All I need is the broken lock replaced all I am getting is a continued run around. Now they gave me a phone number to call that's busy all day. They know about the issue but still wont replace and I cannot get them on the phone. What next USPS?
9-19-18 at 6 rec'd email that a package with tracking # was delivered. It was not at my home. I rec'd another package in the Large #2 box of the central mail box. At about 7 p.m. noticed someone checking the
Large #1 box. They were expecting 3 small packages and there were 4. Yep, one was mine. Their address is not on the same street as mine.
I think I have had it with my carrier. Today I was supposed to get a piece of certified mail (1st attempt yesterday). I was standing right in front of my box and she just blew by me and went to the neighbor, then gone.
I sure hope someone at the Vista Station reads these because you can never get them on the phone!
This drive-by stuff happens often with this particular carrier!
