I pay for tracking and i have had many complaints and issues about oackages not getting scanned. This needs addressed for my business. If i start losing customers or charg backs i will take thses into consideration when reporting for conpensation from issurance which comes from tracking.
These people are absolutely incompetent! I have tons of stories of how terrible these people are, but I will list only 2. I had a package that showed delivered on their site, but was never delivered. When I went to the location to talk about it they told me they couldn't do anything and to wait longer for it. I had already waited 2 weeks after it showed delivered. They weren't going to help me until I began to get livid and then only offered a manager when I told them they better get me one. When I talked to the manager she acted so nice like she was going to get to the bottom of it. She called me with "updates" saying that the mail lady delivered it to the wrong address and that she would try to get the package back again. Another week goes by and I call for updates and she says they could not get my package back and offered a refund for the product (This was the last product of it's kind so I was livid!). Fast forward 8 months later and I get a package at my door and I opened it and it was my package.
Second incident happened today. We live in an apt complex and so we have to walk to get our mail. The post office chose to switch the mail ports just randomly one day. They didn't let the complex know or anyone know this, so I went to get my mail and I one didn't know what box number our apt was bc I just remembered the spot it was, but I tried all the boxes with my key and none worked. Called the front office and come to find out we have to go to the post office and bring our renters agreement and an ID just to get a new key to our mailbox. THEY DIDN'T GIVE ANYONE A LETTER SAYING THEY WERE CHANGING THINGS AND THAT WE WOULD NEED A NEW KEY!

Tried calling Sparks PO (Vista office) twice, no one is answering the phone. Let it ring for twelve times twice!!! Also they have had a problem with the PO Box Section. The box clerk who was in charge retired in June and the position was not filled until November. I finally got a notice that my box account was past due. Never got a notice that it was due in the first place. What the heck is going on at the Vista branch of the Post Office? Who's in charge and what is that individuals phone number. Maybe someone will actually pick up the phone and answer my call. I am a retired postal supervisor.
Absolutely horrible service. Privatization seems like a great idea! We haven’t received our mail in a week. This is not the first time. When I went to pick up our mail the rude lady wouldn’t give it to me. I had to Have proof of employment. Whatever that entails! I call the field supervisor. Even worst service. He actually hangs up on me because I guess I overwhelmed him. If this was a real business, they wouldn’t last a day of competition. Total incompetence!
My letters never get picked up. I literally have to write a message, "please take my letters", on a sticky note placed on my mailbox for them to be taken. My box does not have a flag so this time I just put an orange sticky note hoping they would check. But no. They drop off mail but won't take the mail I'm sending out. It's very frustrating.
Our mail delivery, to our central box location, has been getting later and later over the past four months. Went by the mail box as late as 5:30 and no mail. I see the delivery truck pulled over on the street as late as 6:00 pm. What's going on and what is the mail delivery schedule?
I own two properties in Sun Valley NV 89433. For the last month I have had and am still having appalling service. I am using this comment board because having called this post office on numerous occasions my problems have not been rectified. I have been stone walled and lied to. My requests for a phone number for the person further up the chain of command have been denied.
