Postal Locations

New Postmaster Roger Mustafa was rude, asked me not to explain and eventually hung up on me. We have cluster boxes with broken keys in them and packages sitting in the Nevada sun rotting and getting damaged. Called back multiple times and would get hung up on over and over without speaking. This location (Minden, NV) was the best location in our area. Never would the previous manager would have ever speak or treat you this way. He would go above and beyond to work with you. He wanted to know who you are in the community and share services that could help your business. Such a dis-service for our community. USPS is to offer customer service, deliver packages accurately, efficiently in a timely manor and work with the public.

POOORE Postal service in Minden, NV. 1640 Hwy.395 N Minden, one person working counter 13:00 hour, 10 people waiting in line. One person doing passports for a family and the manager doing nothing about service. Roger Mostasa ? postal manager. This is the poorest run office here !! NOT WHAT WE ARE PAYING FOR

The absolute worst post office on the planet! The postal carrier will not deliver any packages to my address because they might require her to get out of her truck

Everyone at the post office is very friendly and helpful when it comes to mailing packages etc. I am just disappointed in the shipping and I realize we are in the Covid and Xmas season. I purposely mailed my packages on Dec. 5 to assure prompt delivery and in time for Christmas. We are not 9 days from Christmas and my packages are still in transit..... somewhere!!!!! I have signed up for Tracking and still have not idea where they are located, why they are already 11 days past the projected delivery date and have not idea if and when they will be delivered. It took almost 8 days to deliver to San Diego. Very disappointed!!! Hope they get there for Christmasl.

Our mail is constantly being delivered wrong at the Mahogany Dr Apt. There our two addresses here one is 896 and 894. The Mail carier should be more careful. We never get our mail. Please take care of this problem.

It seems we have a big problem with our mail in the 89423-7823 mailing area. When trying to call the post office in Minden the phone rings and rings and no one answers. Our mail for the area is being delivered to wrong address all over the neighborhood. Yesterday (12/3/17) a book from Amazon was delivered to the neighbor on the next block. Our neighbor next door received mail for someone down the street. Twice mail was left "on top" of the cluster mailboxes, all rubber banded and ready to deliver, but just left there unattended.. Apparently we do not have a postmaster, it sounds like there is no supervision. This is not acceptable, we received important mail and for it to be delivered to different people in the neighborhood is not the way the mail should be delivered. There are many more incidents of incorrect mail delivery and want someone to check on what the problem with our carrier.

Horrible "Customer Service", always late on deliveries, always condescending attitudes. Never a responsible attitude, always about fees and additional charges for the employees to just do there JOB!
