I live in Gardnerville ranchos. Our mail for our development on SIERRA VISTA.... was left in 2 bundles ON TOP OF THE MAILBOXES. Everyone's mail is exposed to the wind and BEING STOLEN. Thank you AGAIN for being so diligent.

I have been in and out of the hospital for the last two months and you graciously delivered my mail to me one time. I am still contagious and I did sneak out to check my mail only to find my key didn't work. I sure hope you're holding my mail and if so could you set a time where you could just set it outside in front and I could just run up and grab it. I live at 629 Adaline way. Please help I am in severe anxiety right now

I give them 0 out of 10. I held my mail and it has been delivered anyway! This is the 3rd time this has happened! Extremely incompetent post office and seems no one really cares! I had their “post master” call me last time this happened and she was going to check into it and get back to me. Still waiting! Same thing the time before! What the hell is going on? Time for this to go to the upper managers!

I stopped by the Post office this morning about 9:30am. There was a line with 6 people ahead of me observing Social Distancing. No one at the counter though. After 10 to 11 min. a man popped out of the side door with a package to everyone's surprise (behind us). He called over the overhead to get more help at the counter. After two more customers were helped, he came around and closed the sliding glass door and closed the curtain. Most of us were in ????... Why would they close at 9:45am? too busy??? two by two he let us out. Though the window I saw a older man struggling to get a parcel from his car to bring it in. I thought, "Wow that sucks, make it to door, thinking there open and the frustration of carrying it back and doing it again later". I arrived at work to find our employee went to a different Post office ant 10:00am to find it closed... What's up????

FYI:The postmaster for Gardnerville is not at the Ranchos annex. They are located at the office by Hamdogs.

You publish a telephone number 775-265-7361 for the postal station at 1271 Kimmerling Rd. in Gardnerville NV. No one will answer the phone regardless of how many times you try. The line will ring for at least 20 times then go dead. What is the point of publishing a number that no one answers, you are wasting money paying for a line that no one answers. The 800 number has a hold time of 45 minutes. According to the web site a package was delivered on June 15th 2017 at approx. 11:30 am. We never received it. Tracking number is 9200190102179081701925, how does one go about finding out what happen. Do we have to go to the postal station since no one will answer the phone if we do, than you should disconnect your phone line or train someone to answer the phone.
