I never had a problem with getting packages until this new guy came along. I have 7 packages waiting for me to pickup at this post office. He says it's not in or they haven't delivered it but my phone says it's delivered to my post office....but he isn't giving me it.

Why is the phone always busy I’m trying to track a packages for the last 3 hour and the phone is busy and why do they put are mail in so late

I never had a problem with the post office in Prewitt, NM until they hired this new guy who shouldn't be working there at all!!!! He has sooo many compliants from the local community. He has lost, misplaced (due to putting mail in wrong box) or received late. This has been going on for quite some time now. Even before the pandemic. So please I'm asking in a nice way Im sick and tired and I speak for the whole community, HAVE THIS PERSON REMOVED!! Please... Thank you
