Your counter clerk, Ms. Cook, was so wonderful, professional, courteous, friendly helpful , and BEAUTIFUL.....Is she married? Dating anyone exclusively? She is the kind of Woman a man could Love the rest of his life. My (Platonic) friend and I bought $5,000. dollars worth of money orders from her on Monday, 2 October 2017, and she made quite an impression on me. I am retired, US Army, 67, White Male, and find myself wishing I had chosen Grants, New Mexico, as the place to buy my home on November 1991, rather than Albuquerque, New Mexico, where I bought my home before knowing there was such an enchanting & beautiful Woman as Ms. Cook living in Grants, New Mexico and working at the 816 West Santa Fe Avenue, Grants, New Mexico, US Postal Service Station. Sigh.

I would like to complain about the mandatory need to present the "yellow card" prior to picking up your packages. I heard that this is the head postmasters rule (Mr. Orosco). I have had 2 PO boxes in NM one at the airport in Albuquerque and another at Conchas Dam. I had these boxes for a combined 30 years and never was required to give the card. I feel it is very unfriendly and not in keep with a small rule post office. I believe customer service should be important and this rule should be changed. KJanetzky FNP
