This is the worst postal location I have ever had to deal with. We have had numerous issues with the carriers leaving our mailbox open and each time we get a “I’ll talk with the carrier”. I have had to lodge complaints with the OIG to get anything done about it. Now I get a dog harassment letter stating on two occasions, one oddly enough seemingly occurring after the creation of the letter that my dog harassed the carrier and they were stopping my mail. One occurrence did happen thanks to a utility worker leaving a gate open. I get that, i want my carriers to be safe just as much as they do, but to lie on an official form and say it happened again, alleging it happened after the letter was created and delivered to me…that’s just falsification of a government document. When I called the supervisor, he couldn’t/wouldn’t answer any of my questions, merely stating it is a he said she said situation. When asked how the carrier had an issue hours before my delivery time he refused to give an answer and just said to take it up with the OIG. Seriously unprofessional.

I was suppose to receive a package today. It was sent back as address vacant. It is not! Received a package the day before and 2 prior packages.

I had 2 pieces of mail in my mailbox for pick up...because I didn't have mail to be delivered, the mailman didn't even look..just walked on by. I saw him pass by and ran out and grabbed my mail for pick up and caught up to h 2 houses down..all I said was "hey..wait..I have outgoing mail you missed..he told me not to be rude! Really? I said nothing rude but that I just needed my mail picked up...if my bills don't get to where they are going...I know why! I try to support the PO cause I worked there and so did my Dad...this guy was rude and out of line!

I asked that packages be left inside the courtyard behind the gate if they couldn’t be left in the package locker. Today (March 21,2020) a package was left outside the gate in the rain where anyone could take it and the doorbell wasn’t even rung so I could quickly grab it and save it from the rain. We used to have excellent mail service, but lately packages are just dumped at my gate without any regard to the safety of the package.

The post office was scheduled to deliver three small packages to my home address today. They were able to deliver two but the third one they noted as undeliverable. They claimed that my address was wrong. I confirmed with Amazon that they had my address correct. The post office clearly made a mistake. On top of that, they wouldn't rectify the issue timely. Instead I have to wait another day for my package to be delivered. Completely unacceptable!
