Academy Post Office is great. We have great communications with the staff. The staff is very professional if they do not have the answer they will find out what you need to know. I respect these individuals who work hard. Remember they are not machines. I appreciate the human to human connection. Thank you for all that you do. Please stay safe you are out there delivering to us.


The surveys are not useful. I don't have complaints about all the clerks at the desk. Only one. As such the ratings can not be entered correctly. I have tried reaching supervisor and have found it impossible. I would imagine if you have one person out of a total staff that is not keeping their end of good customer service you would want to know. I would appreciate some contact so that I may share the incident.


Postal service people are rude and need to brush up on there people skills. I know every job has there problems and when you try to talk to them they are defensive I'm loosing more packages and no one is doing anything about it anybody else having this problem?


I have been trying to speak to a human being regarding a notice sent in my post office mail box. I can not get through to my post office after calling numerous times. I also cannot get past the robot answering system when calling 800 number. What would you suggest?
