I had a package delivered on February 28, 2023. It was put in the big box but the key didn’t work so I took it to the Post Office on San Antonio o March 2, 2023. The employee took the key & my mom nformation & said they would have my carrier get me my package. Nothing. So on March 9, 2023 I went back to the Post Office & spoke with the supervisor, Joey. He said it was the first time he heard about this & he would personally come to my residence & give me the package within the hour. He never came & I called later that day & he said nobody could get into the box & a work order was sent to Arizona. One week passed & I called back on March16, 2023 & Joey could not tell me when I would get my package. I asked to speak to his supervisor who began the conversation by yelling at me was named Anthony. A very rude individual. It is now March 26, 2023 & I still do not have my package. I called several tims today & they hang up on me. What is going on with the Post Ossice customer service. I guess Joey & Anthony missed the training.
Academy Post Office is great. We have great communications with the staff. The staff is very professional if they do not have the answer they will find out what you need to know. I respect these individuals who work hard. Remember they are not machines. I appreciate the human to human connection. Thank you for all that you do. Please stay safe you are out there delivering to us.
The surveys are not useful. I don't have complaints about all the clerks at the desk. Only one. As such the ratings can not be entered correctly. I have tried reaching supervisor and have found it impossible. I would imagine if you have one person out of a total staff that is not keeping their end of good customer service you would want to know. I would appreciate some contact so that I may share the incident.
Postal service people are rude and need to brush up on there people skills. I know every job has there problems and when you try to talk to them they are defensive I'm loosing more packages and no one is doing anything about it anybody else having this problem?
I have been trying to speak to a human being regarding a notice sent in my post office mail box. I can not get through to my post office after calling numerous times. I also cannot get past the robot answering system when calling 800 number. What would you suggest?
