1. Some of your clerks are always rude and disrespectful, and I'm tired of being treated like a piece of garbage. I've lived in this community for more than 30 years, so pls remind them that my neighbors and I pay their salaries. Please teach them how to treat people with respect. And a smile would be nice too. 2. After numerous complaints, no one will take my comments seriously about fixing the huge potholes in the parking lot.


This Post Office deserves ZERO stars. The post office in Wyckoff is especially unpleasant, when I have something to do there, they always come up with a problem. Today the employee said that he would not accept cash from me. I can only pay with a card. There are different life situations and it is not always possible to pay with a credit card. I had to look for another post office where they took cash. I'm not sure, but the post office is probably breaking the law as it should accept cash. This is a scandal.


Never received mail Tuesday 9/4. This is not the first time we have not gotten our mail. Also mail often comes at or after 6PM We can not go out in the dark to get it in the winter, We have asked for help before . No one ever helps. Got to be the worst PO in NJ


Our company has made numerous complaints and nothing is getting better. Our mail is late, not delivered, and not picked up. Now I have opened the office this morning NO mail was delivered over the weekend and NOW the post office is closed. This is unacceptable we have a business to run and our mail is important. How can I get this situation resolved.
