I am furious. Today in my mailbox I received a package I ordered from Kohl’s. It was fir 3 pairs of shorts for my son. When I took the package out I noticed it was open. There was only one pair of shorts. I thought that the other two could have possible fell out. I proceeded to call the Waldwick Post office and asked to diesel to the supervisor. At that time a man came to the phone. He told me his name was Pat. I explained my concern. He was Kurt and rude assuring me none of his carriers would ever deliver a package open. I was calling to ask if he could ask the carrier to check fir the other two.I asked him fir his full name. He refused to give it to me snd hung up. I immediately went y ty o the post office to show him my package. Upon my arrival he refused to come out to speak to me. He also lied about his name. His name is Amrish Patel ! The staff st the Waldwick post office is usually wonderful. I came to find out he is filling in for someone in maternity leave. At what point should the UNITED STATES post office employees have the right to hang up on a customer and lie. I hold these employees to a higher standard!!’ I understand human error happens. There us a bedside manner in which employees should speak to customers. I myself work in the customer service industry. This man needs to not be in his position. I will be addressing this issue further with the Post Master.
Indian manager took my package out of my hands when I was online and now its missing. I went to ask where my package when in the following days and said "idk". I lost $200 because one of your employees SCREWED up. I'm furious there needs to be repercussions as this isn't the first and wont be the last time these BAD employees mess up. WORST POST OFFICE IVE EVER BEEN TO!
