Woodland Park New Jersey terrible service right now. They said the package was undeliverable today I will provide a tracking number if necessary the mailbox is at the curb we were home our security cameras registered absolutely no mail truck passing our house at all so who’s lying here my security cameras are the driver.
I've been calling the Woodland Park office for about 4 days now no answer just rings and rings I'm trying to check on my mom's forwarded mail what a joke that I can't even get through
The gentleman who drops mail off and picks up packages from Kohls is very rude. He rang door bell but when we didn't come fast enough he laid in the door bell. When I said to him he did not need to hold door bell if no one comes to the door call the store so we know you are here. Explained that we arent always in thr back to hear the bell. Cursed me out and told me he doesn't have to do anything. So here I am reporting this man, and will be calling office and hire ups. When I asked for his name he said my name is f****n prick. This is who you allow to work for you????
I'm missing two packages, one was delivered on Nov.9th to the P.O. in Woodland Park, NJ (Box 703) and the other on Nov 19th with same info. They are very important sent by OPTUMrx and consist of 6 bottles. There is new help in the substation and there might exist the problem. All we know is that OPTUM will not resend a dupe of those 2 packages and I've never had this problem in 20 years.
I sent mail to 61 Quarry Dr,,,,it came back because it didn’t have a condo number , you deliver there 6 Days a week and know the names who live there (the name was on the envelope ) and still did not deliver,,
And you wonder why business stop using USPO and why you operate in a hole every year
What a joke of delivery system 3 timea waited for "priority delivery service" and never arrived. If USPS would be a provate owned company it would be out of business
