I have a delivery exception on all my packages not to be left at front porch. I WORK AT ACE PACK MAIL STATION AND WE HAD A LADY SENDING CASH TO THIS ADRESS SAYING THAT HSE WON THE PUBLISHERS CLEARING HOUSE , I HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED THE POLICE IN THAT AREA TO COMPLAIN.
I will be making a police report about my mail because it been 3 long weeks and I haven’t received my social Security card birth typic it that my father send me on the 19 of last month and it was send from there to pa and still nothing .. someone is sterling people mail

I live on ellison st between east18 and Rosa park.we don’t receive mail everyday may three times week.i see The mailman down street from me deliver mail everyday on Ellison street.why is that,not fair at all.
I recently received an important piece of mail on 7/14/2020 that had been placed on top of the common area mailbox. The letter containing a credit card had been opened. I am baffled why I constantly receive "Junk mail" inside of my mailbox, but sensitive documents are placed outside of my box where everyone has access to them. Consequently my mail was opened and I had to cancel the card before anyone was able to commit any type of fraudulent activities using this card. I would like this mail carrier to reprimanded. I could be a senior citizen waiting for my monthly social security check which I depend on. Please rectify this issue ASAP. Thank you.
Totowa post office manager very unprofessional.Emilio such a terrible manager talks like he has no manners and no respect for the coustmers.It took this man 6 months to get pack to me after leaving several complaints in the post office.Still has not fixed my problem.
I am a resident at 779 11th Ave it is a constant issue of the mail carrier leaving the mail in the lobby where anyone can get get too or mail from one building is left in another building the buildings are properly mark we ask the the mail is placed in the mail boxes of the individuals

I have not received my mail for over 2 weeks on 9th Ave the mail skips our block and goes back to her car and leave us without mail she goes to the block before me even my packages I called customer care for the past 2 weeks after a 4 hours wait and all they tell me they going to refer a complain to the supervisor also send email complain and still nothing has been done . Paterson really sucks . They also gave me a local number to call post office directly 973-977-4729 and it’s out of service. This really sucks !
People need to know:
-Carrier told me that Paterson PO DOES NOT HAVE THE PERSONNEL NEEDED TO DELIVER HEAVY OR BULKY PACKAGES. INSTEAD they simply leave notices without making an actual attempt to deliver. Carrier told me they have a large collection of all kinds of large objects waiting to be picked up.
-MAIN USPS told me to COMPLAIN TO NJ CONSUMER AFFAIRS, who have authority over the postal service.
This place is terrible. The driver who delivered my package to my home scanned it as delivered and then left with it. Because he scanned it as delivered when he was in my house the post office claims its nothing they can do since it shows as delivered. All a scam
This is by far the worst post office EVER!!!! They don't answer the phone and have lost my mail several times including 2 day priority mail that is a big package. they say its just misplaced but its been a week and still cant find it... What is the next step at making a formal complaint???? You just don't loose a big package either you delivered it to wrong address or someone took it home for themselves...
Package may be sitting in PO. Paterson PO DOES NOT have personnel or equipment to deliver large or heavy packages. Please complain to consumer affairs.
PLEASE complain to NJ Consumer Affairs. They have authority over PO.
There is also the huge widespread problem of packages being stolen by Paterson employees, which is another possibility.
PLEASE complain to the companies that are shipping your packages. Please urge them to use UPS or Fedex instead of USPS. If USPS loses business maybe they'll take the Paterson problem seriously.

No help at all, they dont answer the phone, they got parcels from january that dont sent out notices for, its going down hill, last i talked to an a hole name justin, he was no help and seem racist over the phone
Tried calling the phone number for the main office 973-977-4729 and the phone rings and rings with no answer. I had to go in person instead. While waiting in the line, two other people had the same complaint. What a shame after all the tax money we pay and we get VERY poor service, if you choose to call it that.
The most horrible service ever. They refuse to ring the door bell to deliver parcels, instead they leave slips stating they made attempts. As far as redelivery, that is a very frustrating process. Over several days, and several email requests they have made no attempt or just reuse to deliver. I say deliver because an initial attempt was never made, all they do is leave slips. They are very unprofessional and uncaring. Also, as far as speaking to a person, don't even bother because they never answer the phones.
