I live in Jefferson Village Apts, Williamstown' The mail service there is terrible and has been for years. I realize that there is limited space since we only have the little boxes. I try to keep mine empty so there is plenty of room' My mail is always just crammed into the box all bunched up and ripped. I am also constantly getting other peoples mail. Makes me wonder what mail of mine is being delivered to someone else Anytime you happen to come across one of the carriers they are quite rude and act like they couldn't care less about your complaint

I am having major problems with mail delivery. 82 Glasgow Rd. Scotland Run Development. No mail the last 3 days. June 28 29 & 30. I guess the mail carrier decided it's too hot. Most of the time when I do get mail it doesn't come until late evening. Maybe you could reverse the route once in a while. I have also seen my mail carrier stopping to talk to people on the way. She stops & chats. Just deliver the mail & shut up.

On a 1 day priority mail delivery, that was marked no such address on 6/3/21, returned to sender on 6/7/21. Where is the package? I paid $7.95 for delivery or return, not for it to be discarded. I need the package returned if not delivered.

Worst office around. The lobby is usually a 30-60 minute wait. Frequently receive notices that the driver has no access to deliver packages. I live in a house and work from home. They just don't get out of the truck.

Did they change delivery times in Monroe Township. 7pm and still no mail pickup or delivery. Not sure if it has something to do with the mail in ballots causing delays. Please advise if possible. Thank you

If I could change my post office I would in a heartbeat! The postmaster Taylor is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with! The clerk in the post office Nina is the worst also! I have had some many problems with the Williamstown post office! I signed up for informational mail so I can see what will be in the mail for the day. In the three years that I have lived in Williamstown I have never had a problem getting my mail until this week! No one can find my mail that has been received by the post office! Calling the post office directly is worthless!

I happened to be looking thru the website for some information about the Williamstown branch and saw some negative info about one of the clerks I was shocked and dismayed at what I saw about one of the clerks The clerks at the Williamstown office are an example of government at its best Charles , Jim, Andrea , and Peggy , especially , Peggy will knowledgeable , humorous , efficient and certainly will get your day going or ending in the right direction . Any job that deals with the public day after day , up close like that is surely not a 100 pct good for all people So the demeanor of the customer can certainly make a difference Williamstown is blessed to have the clerks we do at the counter and throughout that facility With ever changing postmasters , the staff is always dedicated to the customers. The folks that did the negative remarks should know that when you point a finger at someone else, you have 3 pointed back at yourself Get a grip

I recently had the displeasure of having to visit the Post Office in Williamstown NJ. The woman named Peggy had to help me. I needed to find packages and had printed out the tracking numbers before I got to the post office. When it was my turn I gave her the papers and explained the situation. Without looking at me she slams scrap paper on the counter turns to grab a pen and says write the tracking numbers down. I respond the tracking numbers are already on the papers wouldn't you prefer to use those. She responds with No Not Really. Swipes the papers off the counter and storms off. This woman is notorious for being horrifying to the residents of Williamstown and it's been going on longer than the last 16 years that I have experienced her. Why is she able to get away with this??? I have seen her treat other customers like garbage and almost anyone I work with has a story. Please retire this human or stick her in the back and find a person that doesn't hate themselves to replace her.

Is there is no one at this location who knows how to answer the phone? It will ring forever and it does not have a machine available for customers to leave a message or get a return phone call. Customer service is terrible. The Williamstown post office takes over a week to deliver a simple piece of mail to the customer.

i want to say that the mailman does not take his time to get our address right we live in clayton nj and lots of times we get people's mail. it is like they do not care where they put your mail at. if i ordered something through the mail i am afraid they will put it in someone's mailbox. i like it better when clayton had their own service now they use williamstown to save money.

According to a delivery notice dated 6/12/17 for a package which needed a signature, the delivery mail person said that they attempted to deliver a package. However, that is a lie! I work at home and I was at home all day. My door bell even works. The problem with the mail system is that it is all Union and nothing will happen or be said to the delivery person. I had to make an extra trip to pick up the package. So, I wanted to file a complain that the delivery person is a lied. After they had me wait and then tell me the manager was on the telephone, which I do not believe because the counter person when back and was talking to a man which probably was a supervisor who was not on the telephone, I left. I must say, generally the deliveries are good. I have received someone's mail in the past but not recently. I hope episode is not a prediction of what future mail deliveries will be like.

They deliberately alter my address and send my mail back as unverified. They have caused me more grief than i can describe. I took the evidence of altered address directly to them and laid it on the counter...he lied to my face despite the obvious and willful alteration..and would not give me the name of the lazy employee who would rather alter my address and return my mail...than actually do his job. They take the phone off the hook in the afternoon from 3pm to 5pm. Even other post offices can't talk to them. They all deserve to be fired first, arrested next.

Hello, I am writing to complain about not receiving mail for today, (which is not quite over yet) 3:30pm, and the other day, which there was no mail on my street at all. Mail usually comes by now so I am just figuring he/she is not coming today like the other day. I am a stay at home mom and do a lot of online shopping. Tracking says my package is with the carrier but there is no carrier. What's up with that?

I went into the post office on a Friday afternoon around 4pm. I approched a lady working there with short brown hair and glasses. I had a few boxes to mail that were not labeled. I continued to ask her for help because I was new to printing out my own lables and shipping them, She gave me such a hard time and continued to roll her eyes at me asking me if I sell online I should know what i'm doing. How rude is that? Lady, I get it, it's 4pm on a Friday and you want to get out of work, but that does not give you the right to belittle your customers. She did not help me with anything at all. In fact a guy named Jim was really nice to me. The lady was not wearing a name tag and if she was wearing one I would report her. I hope to never expierence anything like that again there. If anyone knows her name please comment!

Today I had a knock on the door from a USPS package delivery truck driver who wanted to make sure no little ones were around because the toy being delivered was easily identified by the packaging. She then went back to the truck to retrieve the package. How thoughtful was that? Really puts you in the Christmas spirit when someone goes above and beyond what is expected.
