The clerk behind the desk Juan is a complete Dbag. Went in to grab 5 of the FREE to take small flat rate boxes and 1 of the flat rate envelopes. In the middle of helping a customer he decided it was appropriate to call me out and try and humiliate me for "emptying out their supply" and that I should order them online so other customers have a chance to grab some. Mind you this was 20minutes before closing and there were a ton of boxes left. I could see if I completely wiped them out of every size it might be worth informing a customer that they can be ordered online for their convenience but to try and embarrass me over 5 little boxes is an effing joke.

My mail was picked up from my mailbox in front of my house on 6/6 & today is 6/20 and the mail has not been delivered yet. It's not like I dropped it in the box, the mail carrier took it. Please explain how that happens, mail was addressed to Virginia, Texas, Florida, California & NY. No sign of it to date & 0 answers.

Petty postman. I’ve lived in oak forest development for three years now. I’ve parked my truck in the same spot everyday since I’ve lived here. I normally never have issues getting my mail. Recently noticed I wasn’t getting my mail after about two weeks. Thinking my truck was the issue I pulled my truck up about two feet and the next day I get home from work I had a stack of mail about two inches high with all very important time sensitive letters and tax documents. So my question is. Are they allowed to just hold my mail like that? Like I said the distance I park my truck from the mailbox has never been an issue till now? New driver? Lazy? I’m just so confused.

Hey my name is Heidi Bohn and I’ve lived in Mulberry Station for 11 years and Postman Al has been an absolute pleasure to know. I am an avid shopper and Al always goes above and beyond to make sure my packages are brought to my porch. He is very friendly and always says hi with a smile. He is a Philadelphia Union fan like me so we have fun discussing the games. Please keep Al on this route so we can continue to enjoy his excellent service. Thank you so much and please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

I live off of duke drive in Sicklerville , the lady that delivers our Mail always slips my house and never gives us the mail. I had important Mail suppose to come to me and I looked in my email to see what was coming in Mail and I had Mail suppose to be dropped off and it never was. She smokes makes my Mail smell like cigarettes and never drops my Mail off. I can’t stand it. And the usps never does anything

I am soooo irritated as my mail and packages are Continuously and Repeatedly being delivered to a wrong address or put in the wrong mailbox!!!!! I have lived in the same place since 2014!!!!!!!!!!! This is a major issue, because vendors make it difficult to get refunded because the mail person changes status to delivered: EVEN IF ITS THE WRONG ADDRESS/PERSON!!!!! HOW WOULD YOU FEEL IF IT IS YOUR MAIL BRING MIS-delivered?!
