gift that was suppose to be delivered the Tuesday before Christmas. Very sad situation and we would like our postage back.
I am praying that it does get to its destination very shortly. These three young children lost their mother a few days before Christmas and it is a very special gift that someone put on the wrong truck or bin somewhere. Almost three weeks ago. It is very disheartening that these children didn’t get a very special package because of the negligence of the post office. We’ve been calling your number, both local and the 800 number that is an hour wait, we hold on for the hour wait and no one ever gets on the phone. The local office where we mailed it from refuses to answer their phone. I know you are overwhelmed, but have a heart. Those poor children. Call us ASAP

How is it that the post office powers at be allow this post office to be so disrespectful to customers. I had to call the post office to have my packages brought back to me and they said today and what a shock no delivery. The manager needs to be fired. And all the carriers with attitude need to go. A horrible place
Totally horrible place. They loose half of my packages, but somehow never loose any of the junk mail. Takes hours to get to them on the phone, if they even deign to pick up. And then they are lost as to what actually happened to the package and where was it delivered. One of my packages spend two days there, and then they sent it to Phila, just for fun. Phila sent it back, and then the package spend another 2 days there before they delivered it to my neighbor. That was supposed to be 2 day shipment, took total of 10 days. Incompetent and unreliable.
Worst postal carrier on Ridge Rd. Not only have we received the wrong letters on a regular basis, our packages are jammed into the mailbox and crushed, left on the front steps during the rain when front door overhang is just one more step. MIA Amazon package yet on the account it was "left at the delivery site". Terrible service! We deserve better!!
New carrier for Macopin Rd. and New Dockerty Hollow Rd. is not delivering essential mail. Many bills and checks not being received. When I fill in card to hold mail he still delivers. When we return he does not deliver. Leaves the lid of mailbox open and mail gets wet. Does not take the empty basket we leave for pick up. Many neighbors and friends are complaining. Lived in West Milford for almost 40 years and never had a problem until now.

Missed delivery of some medication which was delivered on the way back and today..the first time in over 40 years that my mail that was set for pick up in my mailbox was pushed to the back of the mailbox and not picked up.
What has happened to the quality and pride of a service that is in direct contact with the public..
These instances have all happened in the past 6 weeks.
My opinion is this is a training and motivation issue that should be investigated and resolved ASAP.....
This is the third shipment you screwed up. This last package is only coming from Penn which is 3 hrs away and you couldn't get it here on time. Now I understand why people don't like or trust the mail. Every day I get someone else's mail. If you can't do your job then quit!!!!!I have never seen such lazy people in my life, I don't know if postal employees in other towns are als incompetent but I do know the ones in West Milford are. If they had to get out of their trucks it would hurt
I order a lot of stuff from Amazon and a few other places, some of it comes in a few boxes at a time. The carrier refuses to deliver these and all ways just leaves a "SORRY WE MISSED YOU" in my mail box so I have to go retrive them... No signature required or anything of the sort, Just completely LAZY!! I am so sorry but some times YOU JUST HAVE TO DO THE JOB YOU WERE HIRED TO DO AND GET YOUR ASS OUT OF THE TRUCK AND DELIVER THE PACKAGES
