I've been waiting for a package since December 1. Apparently it is lost or returned to sender, but no one seems to know anything about it. Arrived at this destination on Dec. 6. No tracking available after 1:33 PM that day. Not acceptable.

I am still waiting for a package that should have been delivered last month. I notice from other review comments, and personal experience, that you are not answering your phone, nor cooperating with customers. I will be taking this matter further, as this is not acceptable.

Been waiting on a package that was transfered from UPS to Swedesboro USPS, since 6/9/21. Calling any of the offices is impossible. I will gladly come all the way there to pick it up, but I cannot get the assistance that I need to do so. I've been receiving my other mail, so I am not sure why this is being held up. We need better structure and a more efficient manner of service. This is why I won't have my medications mailed. Very frustrating.

This phone number on your web sites is wrong and your Post Master (Amy Wilson) tried to change it, but they didn’t so why keep trying. This she told me yesterday when she was no help to me at all finding a package sent on May 27 that has been ping ponging from Swedesboro to Butler, PA for 12 days!!!! Still waiting for her answer since 1:00 yesterday.

My road is being redone and they removed my mailbox. Is my mail being held at the post office in Swedesboro????????? The post office in Swedesboro doesn't answer the phone they just let it ring. That is pretty piss poor.

VIsited the Swedesboro Post Office today 02/08/2021. They have posted new hours until 02/16/2021: New Hours: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.

The Phone for this location not the toll-free rang for 60-90 seconds and then said it couldn't be completed. My package can't be claimed as missing on UPS or USPS because the UPS dropped it off at this location and now this location isn't helpful. What am I supposed to do the package hasn't moved in 7 days and clearly wasn't scanned into the USPS system....

My daughter is still waiting on package her books for college in which were ordered in Dec 30, 2020 when checking the tracking status it's still sitting in Swedesboro facility no movement to be shipped to Philadelphia.

I am waiting for package which I have been tracking for about 10 days now last tracking was 11/28/2020 9:48 am when package left Swedesboro NJ 08085 . Package hasn't been received. Cant call all is automated system .
