According to tracking, a package I order 12/4 has been sitting in your office since 12/15 waiting for processing. Whether it is your fault or a problem with UPS Innovations I don’t know., but it is very disturbing.

my package has also been here for three weeks... sender considered it lost. They gave me a refund but I still feel bad. Judging from the others below this place seems like the bermuda triangle of post offices.

I ordered something from jtv and the tracking progress says that my package has been in your facility since December 1st. It is now Dec. 22 and the Christmas gift I was going to give my sister is lost somewhere in Bridgeport, NJ. The tracking # is 802304333101351079. I have 2 packages from QVC that apparently being held hostage at your post office since December18......am I ever going to get them? No one is answering the phone.....

I have 2 packages, the original and a replacement that was transfered to PO from UPS and then it stops. I cannot even order again because it always goes the same way. Please either figure out how to close to new mail or something!

A package of mine has been at your facility for approximately a week now. I've contacted your office via telephone attempting to speak with someone about the delay and haven't heard from anyone. I've also spoke to UPS about the delay. Waiting to be contacted back.

Two of my packages are stuck in your facility. When I contacted ups for an update with the package they told me that I should just consider my package lost. Now the other package just got there and I would appreciate it if you find and deliver them both as soon as possible to avoid me going there in person!

Friendliest post office employees in the area. Always have a kind word and go out of their way to take care of you. No issues ever. Other post offices should take notes because at Bridgeport, N.J. the customer is treated like royalty!

I just got off the phone with an employee at Bridgeport NJ post office and I'm disgusted. She was one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. She wouldn't let me talk or ask questions. She talked over me and told me people are calling every day, call somewhere else. I'm sure it's frustrating to receive so many calls regarding the same thing but it is the holidays, it should be expected and dealt with in a friendly manner. I'm appalled at the way I was treated.
