Called to ask for information to obtain a passport and they tell you to come in and do it there. You get there and they all start yelling in the back that you need to go home and complete it before bringing it in. Get it together. Not very nice or helpful.

As someone who has never had much contact with the mail system and is virtually clueless when it comes to post office procedure, I was incredibly impressed by the friendly, helpful nature of the environment thanks to an employee named Jonathan. He helped me pick out the most appropriately sized box, reminded me of the proper format to write in the address, and gave specific, accessible instructions on tracking the item, all while making me feel at ease with an amiable demeanor and limitless patience. He's an exemplary worker and I would like to commend him for his customer service skills.
