I have a complaint about the person delivering mail to day on pine view way ,I habe my mail put on my porch because of my health ,she drove up to the mail box read on the door to put on porch looked at the mail thru it on the dash board and drove on ,no happy with this kind of service at all 😠🇺🇸
Why is it you can’t answer the phone? Tried several times and it just rings! As I see the Post Master is incompetent, most reviews say the same thing for years!

Has anyone had problems with the Old Bridge Post Office (USPS) in the past few weeks (since mid-July 2022)? There seems to be an exurbanite numbers of days where I have not received any mail at all. Also I have not received a check or bank statements or credit card and utility bills which I normally receive by this time.
If you have and have remedied the situation by contacting the post office, please tell who you spoke to?

Mail not received in days. Ring video shows driver skips our box which is not blocked. 19+ years at this address without issue until now. No answer on the direct line. -Eleanor Street

No one ever picks up the phone. They were supposed to make a mail key for me and call me back. It’s been almost two weeks. I call and call but no one ever picks up. Ridiculous.
Terrible I have not received mail in a week !!!! I know I should have mail , first of the month bills !!!! On going issue I receive my neighbor's mail all the time !!! I tried to call but of course no one answers
I must give huge credit to the letter carrier for my section of my apartment complex. He's delivering mail into the teeth of the storm around noon as if tropical storms and tornado warnings were no big thing.
I am not getting important mail and people I do business with is getting their letter back that the sent to me. Important checks are not being delivered as well
My mail has not been delivered or picked up in 4 days! My payments are late, MEDICATIONS ARE LATE! I I want a letter from you admitting your neglect because it's your fault! I am not accepting excuses- new guy, sickness, not enough employees. Kathy has been telling a different reason each time she's called!!! I'm the one that will be out of medicine and getting the late fees!!! The least you can do is give me a letter to send to the bill collectors. Kathy rudely told me that no letter will be given. to call up the bill collectors and explain what happened with the mail "and if your credit is good they'll understand " . HOW RUDE!!!!! What are you supposed to do about MEDICATIONS Kathy???? Kathy also said they were going to TRY to get coverage for this route. Do you really think I can believe that, meanwhile, since I can't depend on you showing up I'm forced to go to East Brunswick post office to send off my mail. I STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT YOU NOTIFY THE CLIENTS ON THE ROUTE THAT YOU WILL BE A NO SHOW IMMEDIATLY FOR ALL FUTURE NO DELIVERIES SO NO HARM IS DONE!!!!!!
